Bank of America - a terrible experience

Bank of America complaint by Elucey

I was a customer of B of a for 10 years. I had a checking, savings, auto loan, and credit card with them. For no reason, they raised my apr from 18 to 27! I had never made a late payment or gone over my limit. The told me that it was at their discretion to change the interest rate whenever they wanted. They refused to help me regardless of my history as a customer with them. Needless to say, I closed all of my accounts with them and will NEVER go back. I highly recommend that any existing b of a customers do the same. If you are not a customer and are considering b of a - DON'T DO IT!!!

have you ever been late on any loans or lines that you have with other banks? some banks are using THAT as a reason to raise your rates with them (no matter your history with that bank). the bank i work for doesnt do this but it IS a very common practice

I just recently attended a meeting with Summer Bay Resorts. They would like for the New Horizen customers to purchase their vaction packages. After reading all of these complaints, I am not sure if that is a good ideas. Please advise.
