the fraud department had put a hold on my account and when i called in i verify all the correct information put they wouldnt remove the hold.I was so aggravated i told them i would just pay the rest of my balance and close my account and they just said okay.the customer service at bank of america is really bad i dont suggest anyone open a bank acoount with them or credit card. I would think that during this economy they would serve customers with the highest service that is why they are losing customers and is one of the banks that are on its way down

So you really think you hurt them by closing your account? Trust me you didn't. In fact you actually saved them money by not having to keep you in their system anymore.
