Bank of America Drive thru

Employeees at BoA receive very poor trainning. I was lined up on drive thru for 45 minutes, ver stuck becuase I could not go anywhere. There was only one girl in drive thru with 3 lines open, and about 15 cars that later on became 20 and so on.
Since I was with my sister I aked her to stay in drive thru for me while I got off the car and walked into the bank. As soon as I walked in there was 3 people standing without doing anything and just watching others work. When I asked for the manager, she was standing on the other side of the bank just watching people. I asked to pull someone of the standing people to help the other lady in drive thru or int he worst case the manager herself could be helping the girl. The clerk was making my deposit told me that if I shut up wit would speed up the process. I told him that was very poor customer service and no one should tell a customer to shut up. I have never had problems with BOA but this one was the exception. What a shame.
