Upon my next immediate payday, Bank of America withdrew $450 without my permission. It took me 4 hours on my cell phone as I traveled speaking to rep. after rep. department after department after department to get my money back and the fees for checks bouncing.
On another occasion a couple weeks ago they called my home my 9 yr old daughter answered the phone. They made huge mistakes this time. First, they told her,"........stop playing games, d we have to continue to play games". The idiots thought my 9 yr old daughter was me. when she told them 2x that she was the daughter; she was questioned about being home alone and finally the Witch on the phone told my daughter that she should call Child Protective services on me because she was home alone.
It took me a couple of days and I found the person and she did confess to making the sad, horrible comments to my 9 yr old. No ,I have not paid them. I figure they got their stimilus package from the government and that's just fine with me.
They are unethical, unprofessional and down right ***!!!!!!!!
