Bank of America complaint by Tom
I had one of their credit cards and started receiving a fraudelent charge from PMIDENTITY.COM. I asked BOA to stop making payments to them as I never authorized it. BOA sent me to their dispute department where I spoke to two different associates and spent the next two hours disputing with BOA about why this charge was fraudelent. In the end, BOA refused to do anything. I had no choice but to get rid of my card. Through my whole experience with this, even as I voiced my complaint while cancelling my card, there was not a hint of sympathy from anyone in this compnay. It is plainly obvious which side of the merchant/customer divide BOA stands on.
