Fia and bank of america robbed at age 80, wont take an illegal charge off account

I am 80, and this insurance got put onto my credit card account. I never authorized this charge! They say my son put it on by pushing a button. They have no proof!

I have called, and pleaded, and tried to get them to remove this rather large charge, but they refuse to do so. They will not credit the account, although I never requested this insurance.

This is causing me a hard time financially, and I thought there was a class action suit a while back that made it illegal for them to add this insurance or not remove it.

Are there any class action law suits?
