Bank of America lacks customer service

After Bank of America's on line banking site refused my login info repeatedly it locked me out and gave me an 800 number which couldn't be use until the next day. After a full hour I end up giving the same info to two people and ending up with the 800 number which I couldn't use. They wasted my time, told me my branch didn't match their records. Account numbers, code number on the back of the ATM card, even my mothers maiden name if they wanted it, I had it all but I don't match their records. I have detailed information on the accounts I closed but my branch didn't match their records? What about all the questions and information I had the answers for? The supervisor was no better. He asked the exact same questions and I repeated the first half hour with another half hour only to get that magical 800 number that was currently unavailable. I closed two accounts earlier this month at BOA and tomorrow rather than call the 800 number I will close a third. I closed the other accounts after they cost me $52 because BOA rejected my account info. When I went to the branch they gave me new routing numbers so I could order new checks which I did only to find the new numbers were incorrect and of course they were rejected also. Of course they accepted absolutely no responsibility for the checks that were rejected and suggested that the electric company must have done something wrong. It was the bank that rejected previously valid account numbers, no one else. Stay with your local bank.

Bank of America caught money laundering

wake up America the banks do not own you!!!!!!!! Fox news Lied when they said even a small Bank is the backbone of America. YOU the common people are the backbone, heartbeat, substance, engine, and everything that makes America tick. Immigration does not steal your jobs!!!!!!! where you spend your money does.. everyone that gets rich is wealthy because you give your money to them for products and services. if they do not provide what you pay for.. DO NOT PAY THEM> you have the right to remain silent. when they treat you like a criminal act like one. how do you think we got America? we just came over here and claimed it. claim your income for God's sake you earned it. spend it on your family. who cares about your *** credit. score? since when are you a number????? maybe you want 777 but most people can't even make 666. silence and the right to say no, are the boycotts of today. no war has ever been won by defeat, but going on strike of inactivity and silence or staying home is the most powerful weapons known to man. you cannot be prosecuted for doing nothing. God is proof of that.. no one has ever heard or seen him, yet we are still looking. God's silence is well sounded when anyone that is looking for him would be happy to find him. you have skills, talent, you can live without money but the banks cannot survive without YOU>

Global banking fraud. Bank of America is not American!!!!!

Bank of America Is a vast enterprise with Global ambitions of consumer profits. they do not "loan money" or provide a "service" to Americans. they embezzle money thru your insurance premiums and stock exchange (retirement/investing).. and make a profit thru interest rates by "loaning" YOUR investments to YOU in a mortgage. your "donations" of your house payment pay for their investments in global trade and world market economy. bottom line they get rich, you do not from YOUR income. they only offer a 30 year mortgage because that is how long it takes them to collect the premiums and investments from YOU And YOUR NEIGHBORS. your toilet collects LESS sweat equity from you and provides a better service.

Bank Of America in Overland Park, Kansas - Embezzled Americans by red tape

banks have conspired with politicians and high class toilet paper (lawyers and lobbyists) to enslave the public for consumer profits. this is not due to a conspiracy of world dominance. this is because of poor education of our constitutional rights. well read legal assistance and financial wizards (attorneys)paralyze the economy with red tape. the politicians and citizens just use expensive *** wipe, to clean up every mess we make. we need privacy in public restrooms to take care of our own consumer waste, Americans have the right to wipe their own ***. the constitutional right to have an attorney does not mean we are required to use a lawyer, it only means we can if we want to.. we do not have to expose our private problems to the public if we don't want to. paying a lawyer to wipe your *** is lazy and a method intended for those invalids who are incapable of taking care of their own waste. most Americans have the intelligence and common sense to defend themselves.

Bank Of America in Sacramento, California - Loan Modification accepted-Still in Foreclosure-No Answers Given

I was offered a "Loan Modification Agreement" by BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, which would add my arrears to the end of my existing loan and also change my APR and the loan to a "Step Rate Loan". I found the terms to be agreeable and accepted the "Loan Modification Agreement",(LMA), by following the directions given and submitting all signed and notarized documents and a cashiers check in the amount requested for the first month's payment. While awaiting news of their acceptance, a "Notice of Trustees Sale" was taped to my front door! So, I immediately called them and was told that the "LMA" had been accepted and not to worry, since the "computer" showed me as being current, no balance due and even a CREDIT of $1,671.14!! However, it also showed a pending sale date 3 weeks from that date! Again, I was reassured not to worry, it's just a "system glitch", where the system hasn't updated my loan file and to call back in a couple days and it should be done. When I called back, I was told the computer showed the "LMA" had been accepted on 10/26, I was "current", but still having a sale date of 11/22/10, but not to worry.....it will automatically be removed and to check back "next week". Next week, I called and was told that a "permanent modification" was received, had zero balance due and a $1,656.14 credit(lower than previously told) and a "New" sale date of 12/14/10! So I asked for a written confirmation as to the status of the "LMA", I was told all they have are "form letters" and therefore could not send me any type of verification of the "LMA", or anything else, for that matter. I am now very concerned as to why the sale date has not been deleted. I am also puzzled that they are not willing to provide any written "piece-of-mind" or documentation for me to hold if they do try to sell my house. If they still sell it, what recourse do I have?? I would appreciate any help or advice on how to proceed. Thank you! Craig M. Citrus Heights, Ca.

Bank of America Home Modification denied me after 7months of payments

Well, I too lost my job. Had high mortgage payments and fell within the 31% so I applied for the Home Modification. Looked like things were going well as I did everything I was suppose to do. I got fed-x paperwork to finish and had to set up a time to sign final papers at my home so the new modification could be finalized with the new monthly payments. I did all that and Bank of America continued to call me to see when I was going to finish the paperwork. I called them and discussed with them that I has done this. Oh, so they see yes they did get all the required paperwork back. Now I was told it would still take awhile but sometime in November they should have it all finalized and I would start seeing my payments on my monthly statements. Well, November 3rd, they send me a letter to tell me I was denied(after I had made 3 of the new revised payment set up in their letter I signed in front of the notary) So I call them again to see what this denial is all about. I can't get a straight answer from them. The letter I received isn't posted in their system yet so I have to wait another week. Mind you, through all this process, we are all getting deeper in depth and farther behind because if you're denied, you now owe the rest of the payment from the smaller trial payments you made(I made four of them) plus I made 3 of the new payment plan that was $120 less than my original payment so now we'll owe late fees on top of this until we have it all paid up. Tell me this is "saving the dream". The only people making out on this is Bank of America. Good Luck to everyone in trying to find somewhere to live that you can afford!
