Seriously, it all depends on the agent you get. I spoke with an irs agent today who already knew the fax number of the levy department at bofa.

The number is 415-796-1240 for Northern California. I found the number from this site, but verified it through online chat with bofa. I just asked for the levy department fax number and they gave it to me.

I did not mention the irs at all to them. Hope this helps someone.

Bank of America MHA Modification Scam

For 10 months BAC lied to me. I was told by the underwriter that I was approved 8 months ago after sending ALL documents and filing a complaint with the OCC through my congresswoman. BAC lied to me and no one knew what was going on for months when I called. Two days ago, I was told that I did not qualify. I have MS and DO qualify after reading everything. BAC is trying to blow people off and lie. They do not realize that I have an IQ of over 140 and friends in the media. They will be held accountable. Eric Holland

Bank of America lacks customer service

After Bank of America's on line banking site refused my login info repeatedly it locked me out and gave me an 800 number which couldn't be use until the next day. After a full hour I end up giving the same info to two people and ending up with the 800 number which I couldn't use. They wasted my time, told me my branch didn't match their records. Account numbers, code number on the back of the ATM card, even my mothers maiden name if they wanted it, I had it all but I don't match their records. I have detailed information on the accounts I closed but my branch didn't match their records? What about all the questions and information I had the answers for? The supervisor was no better. He asked the exact same questions and I repeated the first half hour with another half hour only to get that magical 800 number that was currently unavailable. I closed two accounts earlier this month at BOA and tomorrow rather than call the 800 number I will close a third. I closed the other accounts after they cost me $52 because BOA rejected my account info. When I went to the branch they gave me new routing numbers so I could order new checks which I did only to find the new numbers were incorrect and of course they were rejected also. Of course they accepted absolutely no responsibility for the checks that were rejected and suggested that the electric company must have done something wrong. It was the bank that rejected previously valid account numbers, no one else. Stay with your local bank.

In June 2010 I applied through Hope for a modification and kept fedex proof. My daughter in law was given the run around by them so I was careful to submit about26 pages of supporting documentation to them. My husband, who made over 100,000 a year, got hurt and is on...

You should have used a third party to look out for your best interest. The bank is only interested in helping themselves not lose money.

They can always replace you!

You should have called NOD Consultants! They made my loan workout awesome!

File complaints with the OCC, your State Attorney General (my state also has a special legal center for this issue) and the US Treasury. Call your Congressman/woman.

Repeat, Repeat, Repeat. Also, join class action lawsuits against BofA - alleging illegal withholding of Federal monies.

Google: Class action lawsuit against BofA...you'd be shocked how much is happening out there. United we stand!!!

You should have listen to all the loan mod companies when you had the chance. There always needs to be a third-party instead you believed the banks and the government.

You blew it!!!!!!

You should have called Nod Consultants!

Maybe you should call them they helped me get out of my Bank of America loan problem but they never let what happened to you happen to me. You got railroaded buddy.

Bank of America caught money laundering

wake up America the banks do not own you!!!!!!!! Fox news Lied when they said even a small Bank is the backbone of America. YOU the common people are the backbone, heartbeat, substance, engine, and everything that makes America tick. Immigration does not steal your jobs!!!!!!! where you spend your money does.. everyone that gets rich is wealthy because you give your money to them for products and services. if they do not provide what you pay for.. DO NOT PAY THEM> you have the right to remain silent. when they treat you like a criminal act like one. how do you think we got America? we just came over here and claimed it. claim your income for God's sake you earned it. spend it on your family. who cares about your *** credit. score? since when are you a number????? maybe you want 777 but most people can't even make 666. silence and the right to say no, are the boycotts of today. no war has ever been won by defeat, but going on strike of inactivity and silence or staying home is the most powerful weapons known to man. you cannot be prosecuted for doing nothing. God is proof of that.. no one has ever heard or seen him, yet we are still looking. God's silence is well sounded when anyone that is looking for him would be happy to find him. you have skills, talent, you can live without money but the banks cannot survive without YOU>

Global banking fraud. Bank of America is not American!!!!!

Bank of America Is a vast enterprise with Global ambitions of consumer profits. they do not "loan money" or provide a "service" to Americans. they embezzle money thru your insurance premiums and stock exchange (retirement/investing).. and make a profit thru interest rates by "loaning" YOUR investments to YOU in a mortgage. your "donations" of your house payment pay for their investments in global trade and world market economy. bottom line they get rich, you do not from YOUR income. they only offer a 30 year mortgage because that is how long it takes them to collect the premiums and investments from YOU And YOUR NEIGHBORS. your toilet collects LESS sweat equity from you and provides a better service.

Bank Of America in Overland Park, Kansas - Embezzled Americans by red tape

banks have conspired with politicians and high class toilet paper (lawyers and lobbyists) to enslave the public for consumer profits. this is not due to a conspiracy of world dominance. this is because of poor education of our constitutional rights. well read legal assistance and financial wizards (attorneys)paralyze the economy with red tape. the politicians and citizens just use expensive *** wipe, to clean up every mess we make. we need privacy in public restrooms to take care of our own consumer waste, Americans have the right to wipe their own ***. the constitutional right to have an attorney does not mean we are required to use a lawyer, it only means we can if we want to.. we do not have to expose our private problems to the public if we don't want to. paying a lawyer to wipe your *** is lazy and a method intended for those invalids who are incapable of taking care of their own waste. most Americans have the intelligence and common sense to defend themselves.

Sorry I haven't checked my email in a couple of weeks so I'm back to list all of the names and numbers that I have. I hope that this information helps everyone.

Barbara.J.Desoer@Bankofamerica.com (Office of the president)

I started by sending her an email stating every date I called Bank of America, whom I spoke to and what the conversation entailed. It's important to have facts becaus they record some conversations.

Next, I contacted these people

Melissa A Henderson (Negotiator Chairman)

800-405-0078 EXT 3057

Jessica Coleman (Negotiator)

866-788-8495 EXT 7701

Pam Preciado

800-669-2443 EXT 5105 (Office of the President)

Do not give up! Do not let them win and take your home in the process. Keep fighting. I hope you have the same end result that we did. We just mailed out our first payment for the Home Affordable Program. Annoy them until they listen. Call every day, leave messages then call back again! God Luck To All! :)
