I do not want offers These cards have been destroyedBank of America card549099434200910

The title is self-explanatory. I have told Bank of America in Pullman, WA that I do not want these cards. Please do not fill up my mail with offers.Take my name off your mailing list. If I want a card in the future, I will ask for one. It doesn't take 100 words to tell you this. Bank of America has not pissed me off. They are always kind and helpful. My name is on a checking and Savings Account there and my statements come regularly and are easy to understand. What more can I say? Please confirm.

Bank of America is horrible. The government needs to look into their lender practices immediately!

We applied for refinance on 3/11/09. We were in the midst of remodeling. We sent no less than 50 emails throughout 5 months requesting a response to our application. The mortgagee led us on for 5 months then when we pushed them for a response, they declined our loan! They referred us to another mortgage company alleging we could refinance somewhere else but they refused. We are in financial straights as a result of this company's questionable lending practices! I would recommend that anyone with a mortgage with this company get refinanced with another one ASAP. You will regret continuing to do business with this company.

Bank Of America in Eugene, Oregon - Mortgage BofA-Wells purchase of foreclosure

I lost a home to foreclosure after promising to pay all of the back payments at the end of the loan and keeping my outrageous present payments. Bank of America played with me, trying to extort $3000 the week they auctioned the house off and they allowed us to believe they would negotiate even after the sale. This prevented our filing for bankruptcy since they assured us that if no one bought the home they would be forced to negotiate with us. In the end no one showed up for two separate dates that the auction was supposed to take place. The third change we could not make it for in person and we had to work hard to track down through the county clerk who was the purchaser when no people or representatives had shown up to purchase our home at the advertised times. It was Wells Fargo Bank. Now you tell me, why is it improper for us normal citizens to even have a relative buy our homes on auction but the banks can trade around homes like pieces of paper? I want to know if anyone else has had a similar experience? Will this be the news of tomorrow? The banks manipulating the system to purchase our homes in a mass of misuse of paperwork?

American Economic Solutions or Bank of America?

I don't know which company I am so angry at but it is either American Economic Solutions or Bank of America (f/k/a Countrywide). I tried to work out a Loan Modification with Countrywide at the first of the year and they wouldn't even talk to me. After reviewing lots of Loan Mod Co's. I selected AES. Sent them $2,400 in MARCH! Still don't have a modification or my money back. AES says it is BofAm that is the hold up. I just want either my money back or the loan modification! This is ridiculous!

I was informed by fia card services that they had reviewed my account and were closing it because of high balance. I was never late for a payment and always paid more than the minimum. I have refused to pay this credit card and now they are harassing me almost daily....

Bank of America

I had applied for a refi with my original mortgage co. Countrywide(inwhich had no complaints with)who was bought by BOA. Big mistake. I should had dropped it then but instead proceeded. Paid for an appraisal then screwed around for 5 months before i finally said the heck with them. They wouldn't return phone call and when i would call no seemed to be the person i needed to talk to. I was lied to by too many people telling me my loan was in process.B*** *** I say! Now with a new mortgage company I find out that the appraisal a paid for was no good and now have to pay for another. I feel I am intitled to a refund. (Ha Ha Yeah Right!)The oldest bank in the US and they are decrepit. Time to retire. Bank of America stinks!

Bank of America ripped me off, and furthermore

Bank of America is ran by a bunch of thieves. i am an international student (f1 visa) so it is easier for me to rely on only one bank, and i was lured by bank of america's student checking account offer (no maintenance fee). they stole over $200 worth of overdraft fees. im not sure how much those crooks usually make, but for me, $200 is a lot (put yourself in the perspective of a 18 year old college student) the website is always misleading so that they can make more money off you. For example, say you spend $10, $10, $10, and $200 in this order, the website will post it the other way round, starting from biggest to smallest so if you have $200, you will incur 3 overdraft fees ($75). why don't they post the transactions in chronological order and not from biggest to smallest? even on the website, the transactions are 'pending' in the order you spend your money before it actually gets posted. also, it was a 20 hour flight to come from my country of origin, and no relatives live in the us, so i brought a bunch of cheques that were pre-written on the first of every month (my allowance). when my account balance was low, it took a ridiculously long time to have the funds available. for example, i had $3.02 at one point on the 1st and it took 20 days for the funds to become available. how the *** is a student supposed to live on 3 dollars for 3 weeks? well when i complained to the manager of the particular branch he kept on saying "well, this never happens to me" and "you are sorely mistaken". well, of course that "never happens" to him, he works at bank of america, he probably knows all the money scams the banks are involved. I had interned at a hotel, and one thing i learned is that customer service is essential for any kind of business. clearly, these guys had no customer service. well, here is a website for all you pissed off folks: http://www.occ.treas.gov you can file a complaint through this agency and it will go to the highest management of the bank, and they will refund you especially if they have been excessively unfair. i went back home for the summer holidays, and a month later, i received a letter signed by one of the highest management possible from the headquarters, saying sorry and that they have refunded those funds which is now sitting in my bank account. will i use bank of america again? no. especially not after even the south china morning post, a hong kong-based newspaper (20 hour flight) had to publicize that a significant portion of bank of america's 'profits' are from these so called 'overdraft fees'. if there was one company that has ever made me so pissed off, it would be bank of america.

Bank of America Fees

I've had constant problems with BofA. Their methods of charging fees and the $35 overdraft fees should be illegal. I filed a complaint in the web sites below. I call and complain and they return part of what they purloin. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and The Office of the Comptroller of Currency. below are their web sites where you file a complaint electronically. I also found this organization and filed a complaint with my congressman. everyone here should do the same. http://www.bbb.org/us/Find-Business-Reviews/ http://www.helpwithmybank.gov/complaints/index.html http://www.affil.org/
