Bank Of America in Plano, Texas - Interest Going Up for the Ones That Pay on Time

Bank of America, like all the other banks are overcharging credit card holders that pay because of the people that can't pay, they are making us suffer for the people that can't pay which is totally wrong, i took my money out of the bank and opened another account at Regions, and if you don't like what they are doing, it is the only way to get them back, i will be loyal to you when you are loyal to me. If they get crazy with you, join the people that don't pay at and go bankruft, then they won't get anything, tear up the card and move on.

Bank Of America in Clearwater, Florida - Liars through ommision

BofA purposely leaves out important information that has cost me money that they get to keep. Thet requires $400 just to start the refinance process of my mortgage. Sure it'll go toward the closing costs. I just received my preliminary loan papers. Guess what?! My monthly mortgage payments are going to be HIGHER!! They jacked up my escrow payments! I can't cancel because then they get to keep my $400. I've just been looking to lower my monthly mortgage payments so I can continue the obligation of my loan. THEY are interested in nickle and diming. In the end I may loose my home. This is the second time that they have purposely left out information that costs me money. Thanks BofA. I'm sure that deep down in the empty chasm of your chest you want these foreclosed properties. Well, TAKE IT, and ***!

Bank Of America in Alexandria, Virginia - Online Payments

Beware if you pay bills on line with BofA. I have a credit card with a different company and have the payments set up for $50 autopay every month. There has not been a problem until now. I transferred $9,000 to my BofA Military Bank Account to payoff a couple of credit cards. Apparently since BofA did not want to let go of my money for a payment of almost $4,000, rather than sending my payment electronically like they normally do to that company, they mailed a check causing major delays in my payoff of my credid card, but they were sure to debit my account the day the check was mailed NOT cashed. When I questioned the payment not reaching the creditor after a week even though the system said it would be sent in 1 day, they said "the system decides how to best make the payment". They are getting really hard up. I will move everything I have with them for years now! they will no longer receive my business!

Bank Of America in Dallas, Texas - They told me i needed credit canceling

i called b of a to access some of my credit line which i had $25,000.00 aval credit i was told they would not be able use my aval credit that i had to much open credit with them, they are the ones who issued me the limits i never once asked for a credit line increase but before they the banks got us in the current situation our country is in they were just willing to give out credit like nothing. I have no problem if they are looking to protect themselves but when she told me i needed credit canceling i was so OFFENED, i do not have one negitive mark on my credit my credit score is 748, now isn't bank of america taking our tax payer money to stay afloat I think they may need some credit canceling....I closed all of my b of a accounts moved them all to wells fargo were the customer service was much better than I have ever experienced at b of a. Just like the saying goes as they get big they usually forget the most important thing the customer who made them big......I had been with b of a for 20 years, I will never do business with them again as long as i live... take that to the bank b of a

Bank of America criminal credit card rate increase

Bank of America has performed in my humble opinion a criminal act against most of its consumers. Credit card customers have had their rates increased by an obscene amount. Generally without any rhyme or reason behind it. Except for the lame excuse that it is because of the economy. Apparently there are to be regulations imposed by our government to stop this type of obscenity that some banks and credit card companies are doing. What I'm curious to know is WHY is our government WAITING until JUNE 2010 to impose these regulations??? Why is our government not putting limits RIGHT NOW on this type of criminal practice that B of A and other credit card companies are doing to the American public!!! Why wait until 2010??? Funny how these banks and credit card companies are being given a "head start" of sorts. I wonder who is profiting from this "wait". It sure isn't anyone that I know.

Bank Of America in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Closed my Credit Card Account!

Today 4/7/09 Bank of America closed my credit card account without any notice or warning. I've been a card holder for 8 years, never late, never over the limit. Now after only a short time with little to no activity and a $0 balance, they closed the account. Without a word. When I called to ask what happened, why, and if a letter would be sent out (since I only learned about the closed account thru my credit monitoring agency) the service rep says "yes, we sent a letter in July...2007" ..WTF... I hate you Bank of America.

Bank of America - NSF Fees

Over the weekend I went to see my mother who is teminally ill...of course I used my checkcard. When I got home on Monday I made a payment to my credit card. I started the weekend with $846.03 and I am now $470.90 in the red. What has happened is over the weekend I used my checkcard 15 times. The bank posted my credit card payment on Monday and then instead of posting the transactions by date they posted all 15 of my checkcard transactions by the date they posted them to my account. So I was hit with 10 $35 NSF fees. Now they have the ability to go back and charge when you over spend and then deposit however they say there is nothing they can do on this. So what they have done is create a system that only benefits them. This is the same bank that toom millions in government bail out money and then sent their executives to events spending thousands of those dollars. If you are thinking about using Bank of America - BEWARE!!!

Bank of America ripped off son while in military

My son is heading to USMC boot camp and opened an account with BofA so I can use to cover his bills while gone. He opened with $100, then used ATM on 3/24 to buy gas and a sandwich (total $27.41). He learned 3/31 that they charged 2 overdrafts, charged a $888,888.88 withdrawal (???) and have closed his account. Didn't tell him until he did the research. Now, he's headed to boot camp on Sunday and his state and fed tax returns are to be deposited to this closed account. One more worry while in boot camp. A call to BofA - said they'd give him 30 seconds to state his issue. Are you kidding? Who does business like this?
