Closed my account took my money because they made a mistake
Have had a lot of fraud issues blocked merchants being able to get money from the account *** employees...
7 mounts ago I filled fraud claims again on some blocked merchants and new unknown long process...well I the employee that did the claims for me put all the info into the system like names and dates and amounts but didn't file the second part of the claims... Temporary credits were applied to my account and about a week later meesesgs in my banking app with approved claims and permanent credit amounts only one was still in the review on vacation all of the claims were automatically taken back out of my account without any notice to me leaving us stranded on vacation nobody would help us it took about a month of calling in every day to try to figure out what the *** is going on finally found someone that wasn't too busy watching TV at their house instead of helping customers finally get some research on the computer and figure it out what the employee did or the mistake he made my filing thought I was done he said I will take care of it no problem you should see the money go back in your account within 2 to 3 days 2 or 3 days nothing call back talk to somebody different you can never get the same person and some kind of weird rule they had I don't know but anyway back to square one again he also did the same thing the previous ingredient cousin and nightmare that nobody wanted to touch it all the next 5 months calling on daily trying to get someone to help getting hung up on having supervisors yell at me tell me my my fault and that I did not have any proof of any of the things being approved and made it impossible for me to get the documents that I had back to them going into any of the branches was ridiculous they would just say sorry we don't deal with that you're going to have to call back and speak to the claims department they would not even look at any of my paperwork or nothing just told me to leave well after calling and day after day after day after day month after month finally started getting somewhere they finally started fixing their mistakes all of it I deposited a check they took the money close my account and no access to any of my documents now and reported me to check systems and credit bureaus and now I can't get a checking account anywhere email while this whole was going on I was not able to pay bills or receive money making my life impossible and just started a new company and could not get my loan for my business they never sent me a letter saying why they closed my account tried calling they said they can't talk to me because I don't have an account with them started emailing customer relations vice president for operations manager and got the same thing from her nothing and just argumentative but no one's denying that it was the employees mistake they just want me to go away because now I'm the problem but this is cost me thousands of dollars and many many many many days lost at work trying to fix their problem and none of this is made up this is all real I cannot believe how they can get away with this but they and they will do like they have so many other people just like me that takes you two to three years for them just to get anywhere or any type of restitution so instead of them fixing them problems they would rather run their customers around and screw around for so long that they eventually just give up and go away but many of them didn't like I'm not going to
