Claim

Had duplicate charges. Lady would not help me. Told I had to do it myself. End of discussion. Talk about customer service. She should not work with the public. Listen to the recording.

They Claim to take on Bad credit with a deposit

Applied for a SECURED credit card with a 300 limit and a 300 deposit. Why would you get denied AND get a hard inquiry to boot? They boast to take people with the lowest of credit scores 300- 650 then shoot you down, That hard pull is going to stay with me for 2 years now. Complete garbage card company. BEWARE new customers !! You will get denied AND have a hard pull on credit.

I am extremely unhappy with BofA’s services

For past years I have been experiencing inconveniences in terms of unreasonably long time for deposits . Customer service is horrible - phone hold time is unacceptable! Returned checks while I have funds in my account ?!? Plus charges for overdrafts . I am switching to another bank as soon as I clear my direct deposits .

RIDICULOUS Overdraft fees

I am supposed to have overdraft protection whereas my savings is supposed to transfer to my checking if any transactions posted are not covered. Bank of America has been charging me overdraft fees even though the money is transferred the same day. In addition, they have double charged me for the same transaction! No luck with customer service. I called and was on hold for over 30mins, just to be told the department I needed to speak with is open from 9am to 5pm. I have been with BOA over 12yrs. At this point I am searching for a new bank to start over with. BOA used to care about their customers, especially loyal one's.

I have not gotten my debit card in the mail

Bank of America always handles problems when or if they arise. So I have my issue resolved and for that I am happy.
