Sneaky business practices

They are up to new tricks. Drop in a new transaction while you're sleeping and of course an overdraft charge. I watch my account diligently and this is a new tactic that they've started doing to stick you with overdraft charges and give you zero time to cover.

User's recommendation: Don't use Bank of America. So many better options.

so if it's your card and you use it, you should have the funds available to pay no matter what time it shows up, assume banking is 24 hours.

Identity theft/fraud

I received a call saying that I won a 2nd place prize in the Mega Millions Sweepstakes and sent me an email with my name on a Bank of America check in the amount of 2.5 Million dollars that would be wired to my bank. I made a foolish mistake of giving the lady, Barbara Owens all my personal information including SSN, banking and credit card numbers, driver's license number and PIN and debit card number.

CAN NOT REACH ANYONE OR THE CORRECT DEPT TO REPORT MAJOR FRAUD ON MY DEBIT CARE.

HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE THE 19TH TO CONTACT, BOA, AT ONE POINT THE GUISE OF REVERSAL CAME UP ON MY ACCOUNT.. IT WAS CORRECT. NOW I CAN NOT EVEN BRING IT UP , HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT,,, THESE PHONE CALLS GO IN CIRCLES,, GETS NOWHERE. I HAVE 2,472.52 AMOUNT OF FRAUD ON MY DEBIT CARD ,, WHICH HAS BEEN REPLACED.. I NEED AND ANSWER TODAY.. TIA SUSAN.

Check look up

I asked to look up a check, I have the check number, account number and date, even Tho she was polite, she said she isn't able to look it up, I am sure she can't but i know someone in the banking system can, I'm sure it's on record, on a computer or microfilm (spelling)

MERCHANT SERVICES VERY POOR SERVICE

BofA merchant services held my funds for days precluding me from being able to fulfill my customers orders and then ignored my repeated calls with customer services and after 10 days informed me that they closed my account for not being able to connect with me. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, accept the error and offer solution they are not being helpful and have led to a loss of $22K. Should I approach Lawyers?
