4128**** loan was approved. Boa called me I uploaded documents. Then the very terse guy on the phone told me i had answered 4 credit bureau questions for id wrong. I asked him about that because one asked about my auto loan and I selected 60 because I just bought a different new car last week. The credit bureau shows my old 48 loan! He said nothing they could do. I uploaded the registration the payoff letter. I could get them anything they asked for but no. Dead end right away. I told the guy he was an *** for wasting my time. Why in the *** was I asked to upload docs and sent approval emails of the system knew I was denied??

Manager at plantation Florida rude. Came in one day to talk to manager or anyone and was told after an hours wait to make an appointment for the next day. Came in the next day at my appointment time. Checked in with the manager. Waited two hours she did not help us. went over to her she was rude walked away and went to the drive-in teller window. After a three hour wait we left and I'm changing our bank investments etc. to another bank where we are guaranteed appointments times will be honored. This is the Bank of America on Broward Boulevard by the mall

Why cant this be resolved!
I have had accounts with you for many years here in fl but more in ct. I had a virus that seems to be resolved except for this bank- no problem with Citibank!- I get a gray box while trying to enter my password- changed & was good for a day- now you just keep saying I tried too many times- I cannot get on line to view my balances!!I talked to chat- got many numbers! sooo tired of putting in my ss# acct # etc to no avail-to add injury, my daughter finds she no longer can use the car lanes for any business- I am 82 & upon leaving ct., sold my car & not yet interested in taking pictures of my deposits this area, palm beach gardens, has many seniors that just care to bank instead 0f standing on line!

Bank of America Temecula on Ynez is the worst. Every time I come in 1 or 2 tellers and long lines. Now there is 14 people in front of me on Monday at 4:00 pm. 2 people have walked out. I am done closing my account.

I have been making deposits for my company for years at BOA. Standing in line never cease to amaze me. Today there were about 15 people in line waiting to be assisted by a teller. I was 5th in line and I waited for 15 minutes before being helped. There were only two tellers available to assist customers. One of them were working the drive-thru, so there were literally one and a half teller assisting customers in line. I told the teller this is ridiculous and they might need to hire more tellers, especially during lunch time. This has happened on several occasions and at different branches. She advised there were sever other options available for banking. I told her I understand that, but what if a customer needs to speak to a live person. She sarcastically said “I will submit your complaint.” I have also used the ATM to make deposits and on occasions, there were errors. I deposited 15 checks and only 14 were accepted and they kept the 15th check and I was advised to contact the office the next business day. There weren't anything wrong with the check and it took a week before it was deposited into the company's account. Customer Service should be any company's number 1 priority. Maybe they should cross train or hire part-time tellers. This kind of service will cause a company to lose customers.

Infuriating customer service on specific NY location
I went into the BoA located at the 34th St and Broadway and went to desk help because I need a document notarized. I spoke with the Asian girl there; wish I got her name so I can publicize her. She was very unprofessional and rude with her attitude. She spoke to us in a condescending tone as if she has better things to do than to answer our questions. I thought her job IS to help the bank's clienteles. Granted the BoA website do not have a section to make an appointment regarding the notary. Tried that. Called and nothing but number options and when wanting to speak with a rep from that location, go on line! Since that was futile, I showed up in person and first most was 'well you should've made an appointment". Okay. someone is having a bad day. Then I realized I missed a page of my document when she looked over it so I went home, got it and headed back to the bank. I was waiting again, really hoping that I would speak to another person but she saw me and told me to take a seat since she remembered me from 30 mins ago. I waited while she was still helping with another client. She was speaking with that lady pleasantly. After all the waiting and she calls me up, just to tell me that the person that can do the notarizing is out and come back in 40 mins. I said 'excuse me?" her next response was "or you can just go to the other locations we have." Ending our brief conversation with well "it will be so much better if you made an appointment" Seriously, I have never been so infuriated leaving any BoA branch.

I just can't believe it! I opened a savings account at a Bank of America (BoA) a couple months ago. I have roughly 3,000 dollars accumulated since opening it. Couple days ago I logged in to check my account and I see that I earned 0.27 dollars of a balance of around 2,750 dollars. I really did not understand the 0.01% interest at the beginning but daaam. 27 freaking cents?? Is that a joke? Why do they even bother on depositing 27 cents into my account, thats a *** joke. Not only you need 10k to make a full dollar off interest, thats a freaking joke. They charge you $5 dollars if it goes below $300 a month. Not to mention their credit cards charging you over 15% each and mortgage loans over 4%. Not even 0.30% interest on saving accounts. You need 100k in your account to make $5 off bank of America "regular savings accounts". And they have another one offering 0.02% interest, supposedly a better one what the ***. You What a *** joke bank of america. I just took all of my money into a regular online saving account paying 1.05% which is 105 times better than the so called "top banks in America." BoA what you are doing to your customers is a crime!

I tried to cancel my extra checking account and my savings account because the monthly fees were really adding up. The customer service agent handling my phone call was extremely snooty, high handed and rude. I called again that same day and experienced an amazing associate who helped me immediately. However, that evening I discovered the first associate had cancelled my debit card associated with the account I had all my money in. I began the process of calling and trying to get it reactivated. After waiting for 30 minutes and talking on the phone with three people they told me they would express me a new card. How do I get money in the meantime? Visit a banking center, of course. Unfortunately, I drove to three separate locations and all closed at 4 p.m. What kind of bank closes before business hours Monday-Thursday? Hiring agents that use sensitive personal information to carry out vendettas based on any perceived slight over the phone is what I consider an irresponsible business practice. Guess I'm SOL.

Charging Interest on $0 balance
My wife and I have had (2) Bank of America credit cards for well over 17 years. My wife lost her job a few years ago, and we acquired high balances on the cards ... however, we also maintained an excellent payment record. We recently sold a rental property, and used the funds to pay off all of our credit card debt ... which meant both B of A cards had a $0 balance. The following statement, B of A charged interest on the entire PRIOR outstanding balance. Customer service refused to reverse the charges telling me they were well within their right to charge the interest. So much for customer service! So even though it will now ding our overall credit score, I cancelled both cards and have no desire to ever do business with B of A again.

Withdrawal Fee -Bank oF America
On Friday April 30th Geico withdraw $177.00 out of my account. My account was already low on funds. So now there was a $-177.00 dollars in my account, Bank of America usually waits a day before adding a withdrawal fee however since it was Friday, I am assuming they added the fee to avoid the weekend. So today I called BOA to see if I can get the fee waived, like I have done in the past. However, this time around they informed me that they do not waived that fee and they have never waived the fee. I know this is a lie because I have gotten fees waived in the past. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was a bit snarky so I asked to speak to another supervisor who was even worst. He's name was Mariano. He had no respect me or so it is not possible for him to have respect for any of the BOA customers. I told him he was a representation of the company and he said he does not care because he do not work in customer service. Moreover, he stated that I was subject to the terms of the contract, which is understandable. However, I been with BOA since i was 19 and I am now 26. I have never been notified of any changes or modifications and I did not sign-up for e-monthly statements so I should have received some type of mail from them. Not only did i get yelled at but I still have to pay the fee. After being complete pissed off, Marino (the supervisor) reminded me that another charge of $35.00 will be add on the May 7th. I so upset and completely disgusted with BOA. I am going it pay this balance and just bank with another company.

Charged me a fee for paying mortgage ahead of time
I have had a 15 yr fixed mortgage with BOA for over 6 years now. My wife and I have paid very timely and sometimes pay ahead when we have the money. I paid my April mortgage payment on March 31 and when I got my April bank statement...surprise...they had charged me $30 as an "Expedited Payoff Service Fee." In other words, being a good customer and paying them before the payment is due triggers additional fees. So, now they have my April mortgage payment AND they want $30 more. I think they are depending on people being afraid of taking on a BIG BANK and just paying the fee. Not me, I'm going to my local branch tomorrow and close down all my other accounts and raise HOLY HE11.

I signed up for an account that was free as long as I had one direct deposit per month. Out of nowhere (9 years later) they started charging me a $12 monthly fee despite my having had a direct deposit. Upon talking to customer service I was told that it was only free if the deposits were of a certain amount (which they never have been). I was refunded only one of the two monthly service fees. This is the second account it has happened to. Previously I had my deposits rearranged so as to overdraft me, they attempted to charge me an annual fee for a credit card I had cancelled, and they held money held back for no reason that anyone could explain. I am closing all of my accounts there and moving to a credit union.
