Lien Release

Call CS got cut off several times, could never get the same person back. Had to go over all info each time. Was told that DMV would get the lien release same day set up appointment next day they never received it. Call back to CS got another person they check on it and it had been processed but it would take 5-7 working days. Still waiting for Title.

User's recommendation: get extention for your customer Service to get back with the same person handling you issues.

Not happy with customer service

My complaint is that I received a text message from your bank When I call or try to talk with someone over the phone I have to push this button and when I ask for a certain department I am told there is a longer wait time. When I try to go online, I am told to pay $1.00 to get an answer from your staff. To get any type of answer in the next 24 hours.

Back office phone number

I need the back office phone number so I can get the paperwork I need to finally close on my home. We have been given the run around by every single department and person we call. Needless to say we will all be filling a report with the bbb.

Inside bank advertisements

I go to a branch in a town that is 99% white, Seekonk, MA, and EVERY advertisement is of a black or Hispanic customer. No whites at all. BOA does think they are important enough to show or picture.

Let the company propose a solution

You can not get a live person to talk to unless you have an account with them.

I called every local number and their 800 number and could never get a person to answer the phone. They claim to have a live chat, but it never pops up to be available.

User's recommendation: Contact a bank that wants your business unlike Bank of America.

No one available to service our account without making an appointment

We wanted to add a pod on our BOA account for estate planning. We were told that it would be over a week to get an appointment. We live 3 hours away and are not going to make a six hour trip. We will take our account of six figures to a local bank where we live. We have used BOA for 12 years but no more. In FLA we had to go to over six BOA locations on a friday afternoon to get a couple thousand out of our act because all the others were closed

I received a call saying usual activity on my card and wanted the last four of social security. They were sure there was suspicious activity on my card.

Wait time for Preferred Customers is ridiculous

Every time I call customer service I am put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. Usually more. I am a preferred customer. Shouldnt we get more respect.

Not updating my email address like they said they would do

I want my Bank of America credit card emails to go to the email i have on file . Not an old email from 2010. I still get the emails to that old account and its not even the account listed in my profile . They said they would handle it 3 differ times and still nothing . Only reason i check this old account is because its an old email account on a server and get alerts . Only one that still emails me to this account is you.. Bank of America .. *** ridiculous

A month later and still nothing from the bank. People that cant help. Said they will send me a email with some forms to sign and ive checked everyday for over a week so sharil from texas dont have a clue

You guys issued me a check. It was stolen and cashed. I called earlier to get a put stop payment. On it and you said i had to wait.
