I have asked for a PAPER statement twice and I do NOT receive one! I've tried to call numerous times and I am always told to call back later.

What decade do you think this is? There are no "real" people to speak to.

Applying for a card is a simple as going online and filling out a few fields. If you OLD people can't keep up, get out of the way...

User's recommendation: Don't take the merchants word over your own customers. What other security do we have that you will act in our best interest.
