I couldn't open my account because they never sent me my PIN number but my card is activated

Bad service in branch

I went into the branch in NY on sutphin Blvd the line is insane theres a business client line and when I wait on the line they say its not operating why do you have that if its not available. I am business client I dont have the time of day to be waiting on such a slow and non efficient bank.

Deposit question

20 year customer.. bank service is going down hill fast. 800# tells me to go branch, branch tells me to call 800# as they dont have tellers anymore. Nothing but run-around on a simple question. (This is all before they even ask what my issue or question is about to even determine if/who could help).

Problem every visit

Opened account online was approved and given two accounts numbers then when went to location was told it was closed so they opened new one then was told I could get digital wallet since I didn't receive bank card yet and wasn't allowed told by another branch because I hadn't had a card yet so I tried to withdraw some of my money was told the link wouldn't send or something so I needed two forms of ID if I have to do all this to access my money no need to have an account then had to sit and wait while they do what ever

Can't even access website

The absolute worst website ever created. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Canceled my wife's card because of "suspicious" activity without notification. I can't access website because it insists on sending confirmation messages to a phone number and email unused in 5 years yet won't let me update info. Ridiculously bad system. Would go to branch to correct but both locations have closed down. Nearest location is over an hour away. Have had this account for 32 years.

Declined mortgage loan

Paid 700 for appraisal. Declined for a stupid reason. 1 past due with heloc and because hasn't been a year. Been with Bank since 1979. Good credit,, retired from Boa after 37 years, vice president of consumer bank, substantial deposit relationship. Not customer friendly, branches not opening regularly, etc.

User's recommendation: Do not bank with Bank if America. Relationship doesn't matter. Not customer friendly.

I like Bank of America, but your interest rate is very low. But I said before the interest rate extremely low, so you need to raise the very least!
