on 6/1/2018 I went to the bank of America branch at 1930 Tamia Trail Port Charlotte FL 33948.
I went to the ATM which was out of order . So I went inside only to find 25 customers on line and only one teller window open. thank heaven I did not need a Teller. I simply needed to speak to a represeanitive about my on line bill pay account .While sitting waiting for my turn I observe several employees chatting with customers that had already completed there business just yucking it up and telling incoming customers that the drive thru ATM is open . Well 30 minutes later I finally get called into one of the back room and explained what the issue with my account was. The reply was I can't help you from here you have to call the online help # from home. I replied that is not what the woman they registered me when I came in said .Needless to say nothing was resolved.
The best part of all 45 minutes later only 1 teller open .
Going to look for a new bank any suggestions ?
