They never pick call. They never respond. And if you talk to them, they talk like we are slave of them. I went to Phoenix- Tatum Bank of America branch to request for Bank Verification Letter. They submitted my request and ask me to call and then come on Tuesday. I keep calling them for three days and no one picked the call. When I sent an email, I got a call saying that Banker have not received any communication and I have to come to office again to raise the request. That guy was talking like he is doing some kind of favor to me.

Bank Of America in Phoenix, Arizona - Replacement of DEBIT cards - more 30 days and no show.

My DEBIT card expired end of last year. 5 weeks later, I have not recieved a new card. Called 3 times. Each time I was told the card was sent and I will recieve it in about 7 to 10 business days. I had to beg the customer service personnel to look into it. Only to learn from her that they only say card was sent. In truth, they forgot. Bank of America sure have very incapable, unqualified and unwilling to help staff. I wonder when I will ever recieve my DEBIT card. Perhaps, this is Bank of America way of using my money for FREE and I have no way to access my own money.

Bank Of America in Phoenix, Arizona - Diables Card for "unusal" activity (unusual=1 $40 ATM withdrawl)

Been a customer for 20 years. Second time in 2 weeks BOA disabled my ATM for "security" purposes. They say there was "unusual activity" but the ONLY activity was my attempt to withdraw $40. The first time they disabled my card and I had to wait 5 days for a new one. Now, the new card, after 3 transactions over the week ... I went to get some extra cash for Sat night. The ATM flashes the "security" message and a phone number. My card is disabled. I have been on HOLD for 2 hours with their automated phone system!! This is just absolutely ridiculous. This has nothing to do with my safety and security anymore ... and more about their incompetent service. Wells Fargo here we come. our next mortgage and business account too.

I want this law suit dropped as you are suing me for a Credit Card which I did not have, I did not breach any contract, I could sue you for breach of contract,privacy, misappropriation of funds.

Do not get a mortgage from BANK OF AMERICA

Bank of America added $256 to my mortgage by mistake for flood insurance that I already have and sent them proof of my policey. It has taken 18 calls to customer "no-service" and still no resolution. The calls take a minimum of 45 minutes to max of 90 minutes each as they pass you from dept to dept, and uneducated rep to uneducated rep. I've asked for supervisors and they are no better. Steve Inman was the last person I spoke with and I have 12 calls aside of my 18 calls into him. I have left him voicemails with no return calls. I am calling him twice daily with no response. I am at my wits end. HELP.

Bank Of America in Phoenix, Arizona - $15.00 fee

I received a statement with an additional fee owed of $15.00 which it didn't say what it was for so I contacted Bank of America in November and I was advised it was for processing payment over the phone. I told the rep I made my payment using the automated system which automatically takes it from your account. I was told it would be removed. It is now Jan. 2013 and the $15.00 fee is still on my statement. I have contacted B of A 4x regarding this I can never talk to a manager. I called 1-22-2013 talked to a rep who stated the reason I am being charged $15.00 is because I was late on a payment.( What happened is my payment increased which I didn't know so I shorted the payment by $50.00 which I took care of immediately when I found out)So the $15.00 charge was for a representative to come by the home to see if it was still occupied. I could see if a person is 6-9 pmts behind or in foreclosure but for not sending in the full amount. I advised if they would have gone thru our history of payments we have been current for 3 years. Just another scam B of A is doing to get money. Its not about the money its about the principal...I could pay the $15.00 but how many other people are they doing this to
