Card locked due to fraud alert for unknown reason. Called cust service but no way to verify I am account holder because they have old information in their file.

Told to go to a local bank for resolution, but nearest bank is 100 miles away as they shut all of the branches down.

So now after 40 years being a customer I have a complete unusable card. Will go get another card somewhere else.

Just a warning, always have 2-3 credit cards as your account can be cut off at anytime due to their fraud algorithm.(p5415354243)

Let me ask you a question, why do they have old information? When was the last time you answered one of their emails that asked you to confirm the information on your account was accurate?

When was the last time YOU updated your file? I'm guessing you probably didn't do it in 40 years. This is your fault if you haven't bothered to keep up with your business. The fact that you posted your phone# on a public message board shows how silly you are.

Unless this too silly to believe complaint is a ruse to get people to call that number for some reason.

What is it, a pay per call #? A scam sounds better than someone without enough sense to update their file.
