I have tried to get my over payment back . I was told to call back on the 31.
She stated it would be immediately refunded within 24 hours. On the 31 I called after two hours on hold. I was told they would issue me a check. After a week I call and it took me another two hours to talk to somebody.
The phone options does not get you a live person. This is so frustrating specially when you get somebody and they put you back on hold. Today after two hours I was told I could only get the refund after 30 days unless I can provide them prove I made two payment. I told the stupid clerk he can look on my statement and it shows I made two payment.
However this was not good enough for him. BANK OF AMERICA SUCKS WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS NON EXSISTANCE. I WILL NEVER GET MY OVER PAYMENT BACK.
I will never open a checking account or credit card with them. I will tell everybody I know how bad their customer service is.
