Bank Of America - Death of my father

I called to find out how my phone can maybe do widow program and he kept saying you need to submit authorization from my mother. I said I don't want their information(I know it)...I just want to find out about the program and if what paperwork she would need!!! I am so pissed right now. General information about current programs and if she would qualify is private information??? So don't go ask about a checking account unless someone who has one gives you a authorization form. So I have make my mom call to jump through hoops so I can help her with my Dad....just what we need right now

Bank Of America - Charged for incorrect information provided by the BOA staff.

I just got charged $48 in my Saving Account for over limit transfer when the staff in BofA(HEAD QUARTER) informed me that I have unlimited free transfer between Saving and Checking account. He opened both saving and checking account for me so I asked the questions about transfer between 2 accounts. I called BofA and they were unable to waive the fee. They said sorry that the staff gave me the wrong info but the information of transfer limit was within the package they gave me. I chatted with BofA and looked at the answer. http://postimg.org/image/nrbl9crvp/ It was my fault not to read the package carefully and it was also my fault to trust BofA representative, esp at Head Quarter. I did not expected BofA staff to be that tricky on giving information. If i could turned back time then i would not have open account with BofA. Would advise others to consider other bank instead. This isn't the service minded bank that you would expected it to be.

Hi i will just state my 1st name it is Chris, my wife and I were customers of Bank of America years ago. The Bank of America near our house closed Making the next closest about 55 miles away. After dealing with some local banks and not getting the kind of quality we had gotten in the past from BOA we decided to travel the 55 miles and open new accts i have a Checking and Savings acct. He is where the problem lies when. I opened my acct i made it crystal clear that there would be alot of transfering between my two accts bring that I live 55 miles away, i specifically questioned the person i opened the acct with asking him directly if there is a limit on amount of transfers or withdrawls, because I am aware that some banks do this. I was told NO we have no such policies. Well i went about my business as usaul i happened to go on my on line banking this morning i was accessed a $63.00 charge for "to many transfers and withdrawles now you can imagine how pissed i am but kept my cool contacted two branches including the one i opened the acct in and was told they will not refund the $63.00, even after i told him that the person told mr there would be no charges for this, i simply was told" i am sorry if you were quoted wrong info, but the charges stay, i have never had a bad check or any other accessed fee from this bank always in good standing, now it will end that way, because i will gladly drive the 55 miles one last time and close all my accts there, my final advise do not believe one word a Bank of America employee tells you, and stay clear of this Bank.

I want this law suit dropped as you are suing me for a Credit Card which I did not have, I did not breach any contract, I could sue you for breach of contract,privacy, misappropriation of funds.

Bank Of America - I thought I was the only one this happen to

I had gotten up to check my account balance and had no problem, later I made an attempt to do the same and some bs popped up saying invalid login information. Naturally I contact BofA that's when they informed me that they have made a "business decision" to end their relationship with me. They never gave me any information as to what the *** was going on! I'm still dealing with this issue after almost 2 *** months and they are still telling me the same thing over and over again. I opened up an account with another bank and they had to close the account because of the *** BofA is putting out about me. I have even tried to tell them that if there some type of fraud activity on my account that I needed to know for my protection...needless to say once again they repeated the whole we made a "business decision" to end their relationship with me. At this point I'm livid. I've never had this happen to me before. Because of them I'm shut out from dealing with any bank. Over some *** that's not even my fault. I really thought I was the only one this has happened to. I'm going to speak with a lawyer to see if I can sue them and if I can on what grounds, I think we all that this has happened to should get together and screw them like they did us! I'm truly hurt right now! By the way I was told by a bank that when something like this happens usually it was a bad check coming to the account but don't you all agree with me that if this is the case they should have contacted me (us) to get the situation straightened out right then and there...

Bank of America will not release parents funds despite documentation and they will not provide me with documentation of why

As executor of my late father's will and power of attorney for my mother, I was cashing in their Bank of America payment on death CD and closing a checking account. My mother has a legal disclaimer, disclaiming these funds for tax purposes so they are distributed to my sister and myself. Bank of America made no contact with me for 2 weeks (after I provided all the legal documentation) and finally I was told the request was denied. They refuse to provide me with written explanation of why as it is an "internal document." So now I must pay an attorney to get us our own funds back. They seem to have no idea what any legal documents mean, including something as basic as power of attorney. They are incompetent, unresponsive and impossible to deal with.
