Regarding: Very Serious Complaint Against Bank Of America Corporation For Publication On To Your Website

Dear PissedConsumer.com Executive:

Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!

How is your day today in sunny New York, New York?

My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that I walked in to your branch located at: Culver Center, 3809 Culver Center, Culver City, CA 90232 Telephone: (800) 432-1000 to open up a Savings Account and I came Very Well Prepared with my money, valid photo identification and valid credit cards for verification and I even have an Excellent Credit Score of over 750, plus No Criminal Record, including a history with Bank Of America as your previous Mortgage Customer for the property address mentioned above for several years in which it got paid off in full, however, when I tried to get just a Simple Bank Account, I was Turned Down And Rejected by Your Risk Department for Invalid and/or Illegitimate Reasons and was ONLY told to call the phone number of: 877-240-6886 Option 2 to find out the Reason, however, somebody from within the branch that I had spoken to told ME that I may NEVER be given the Reason, Ever!

When I asked the representative What it was that I was being turned down for, she said that I used to have an account which was TRUE back in the 1990's and NEVER had any problems in maintaining my Bank Account, however, somebody in the company CLOSED my Bank Account for doing absolutely Nothing Wrong and Nothing Illegal and I Honestly Felt and Believed at that time many years ago that I was being 100% Discriminated Against by somebody from within that particular branch who just did NOT like ME for NO GOOD, HONEST REASONS GIVEN up to this day!

Furthermore, I still do NOT know what the reason is since I NEVER did anything fraudulent with the bank accounts that I had in the past and NEVER went under the minimum balance required in order to keep the account in good standing, nor did I ever write back checks and I still was able to get a Mortgage Account despite all of this happening to me.

At this time, I am asking one of Your Top Executives at Bank Of America to Please Go Into The System and Remove The Block from ME being able to have an account with You based on my Fair and Honest Reasoning And Explanations Given in My Letter Of Serious Complaint.

Interesting. The format of this email seems to match a trend of bizarre "complaint" emails that have been sent to other companies.

Our company is one of many that this person has tried to get free replacement of equipment that is well past warranty. He sent email letters to Senior and Middle Management saying he has tried to get help, when if fact he has not.

Apparently this person has no life and tries to use the letter as an intimidation factor, but the letters are so poorly put together and contain personal details that have no bearing on his complaint, with lots of bold text, underlining, etc. All in it's kind of comical. See below for some excerpts one such email he sent to me. The XXX are my removal of identifying information, unfortunately the bold and underline text don't show.
