Bank Of America - Super slow, i don

5.0
Details
At the Bank of America branch at 2475 South Cobb Dr. SE in Smyrna, Georgia. Come on, what is wrong with the Customer Service. Went in (middle of May) for the first time in years, the lady let me in her office, the Manager called her, she told me to wait, i waited 10 minutes and left. Went again, last days of May, there are 3 offices, and 3 other desks for Customer Service, only the Manager and two employees, the line at the teller was long, yet only three tellers. Yet despite being so full, they were slow, one lady had a client in the office, she went out to do something, took like 5 minutes, then came back and started talking to other employee (who just finished with someone and came out of one of the offices) of Customer Service, like, hey, we are here waiting 5 people to be taken care of. Then the Manager and the other employee got together and went to another office, we are still waiting to at least be addressed. Three desks are empty, no employees. I went to interrupt them and ask them how much longer it will take for them to start taking care of people, the manager looked at me and said it will take a while. Ahhh, the wonders of working by the hour, and the Manager being slow and passing her "i don't care, i get paid anyways" attitude to the rest of the employees, and this is how businesses fail and then have to close, i have seen it before.

Think twice before you open open an account at Bank Of America. Their lines are always very long with no enough to tellers.

Bank Of America - Customer Care Review from Boston, Massachusetts

2.0
Details
I have had it with the back door overdraft fees and no help from customer care. If I over draft that's my problem I accept that but when I am transferring money between my own accounts and I don't realize that it's going to overdraw the other and I get hit with. $35 fee and then told oh well sorry you didn't know we could charge for that it really *** me off. I am a single mom of four struggling as it is and you hit me with a fee for transferring my own money from one of my accounts to another that's ***. I have had enough of this bank.

Bank Of America - Foreclosure home purchased by BOA but HOA still has title on home!

Home was in foreclosure for about 3-4 yrs with tenants living it paying rent to HOA who has title in their possession still after BOA purchased the home 4 months ago! Tenants have an expressed lease and Real Estate agent doesn't have a clue on what to do with the tenants except allow them to remain until BOA makes up their minds to give relocation help or time to move. How does BOA not have control over a property they bought!!!! Greedy little HOA continues to harass the tenants for monthly rent on a home they don't own!!!! Yet no one has any real time solution for the tenants in the home. BOA has poor customer service practices and feedback as well.
