I should not have to wait in line.. Going on 17 mins now.. Still 5th in line.. Do you think the manager would get off his fat *** and asssit customers.. Nope.. Sitting in his glass walled office solo... They suck.. But they are better than the other bank in town.. Chase..

Dear Bank of America, Thank you for screwing me. I have 2 words for you and they are not happy birthday. I will be pulling all of my accounts by end of day. I have been in the customer service business for over 20 years and I am still in disbelief with the ignorance of your customer support. I have wasted of 30 hours on the phone with the *** you call customer service and lost 2 days at work trying to resolve your errors. P.S. My new bank is very thankful for the 350K dollar mortgage I am in the process of signing with them. Sincerely, Your former 15 year customer

Bank Of America - Customer Care Review from Thornhill, Ontario

I've been with BoA since 2001 and always was loyal until my conversation with one of the regional managers his name is Scott don't remember it's his last name or first but I can find out. Never the less, for years I had my contacts at BoA with a premier client manager and in Scottsdale Az Branch until they all left and no one will care about my complaints and I am not a small client. When I told Mr Scott that other banks are eagerly trying to switch me to their banks he told me "What's holding you doing so". I was speechless and did not know what to answer to him. But the entire problem was about the $29.99 monthly fee because I never had any fees after all my contacts were gone moved me to Antreal Hamingway Smith and Mr Scott is her boss he is the one told me to move out of the his bank. Bank of America changed in negative way as far as customer service and business relationship no one cares. 602-330-9527 Jacob

Bank Of America in Smyrna, Georgia - Super slow, i don

5.0
Details
At the Bank of America branch at 2475 South Cobb Dr. SE in Smyrna, Georgia. Come on, what is wrong with the Customer Service. Went in (middle of May) for the first time in years, the lady let me in her office, the Manager called her, she told me to wait, i waited 10 minutes and left. Went again, last days of May, there are 3 offices, and 3 other desks for Customer Service, only the Manager and two employees, the line at the teller was long, yet only three tellers. Yet despite being so full, they were slow, one lady had a client in the office, she went out to do something, took like 5 minutes, then came back and started talking to other employee (who just finished with someone and came out of one of the offices) of Customer Service, like, hey, we are here waiting 5 people to be taken care of. Then the Manager and the other employee got together and went to another office, we are still waiting to at least be addressed. Three desks are empty, no employees. I went to interrupt them and ask them how much longer it will take for them to start taking care of people, the manager looked at me and said it will take a while. Ahhh, the wonders of working by the hour, and the Manager being slow and passing her "i don't care, i get paid anyways" attitude to the rest of the employees, and this is how businesses fail and then have to close, i have seen it before.

Bank Of America in Baldwin, New York - Withdrawal Fee -Bank oF America

3.0
Details
On Friday April 30th Geico withdraw $177.00 out of my account. My account was already low on funds. So now there was a $-177.00 dollars in my account, Bank of America usually waits a day before adding a withdrawal fee however since it was Friday, I am assuming they added the fee to avoid the weekend. So today I called BOA to see if I can get the fee waived, like I have done in the past. However, this time around they informed me that they do not waived that fee and they have never waived the fee. I know this is a lie because I have gotten fees waived in the past. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was a bit snarky so I asked to speak to another supervisor who was even worst. He's name was Mariano. He had no respect me or so it is not possible for him to have respect for any of the BOA customers. I told him he was a representation of the company and he said he does not care because he do not work in customer service. Moreover, he stated that I was subject to the terms of the contract, which is understandable. However, I been with BOA since i was 19 and I am now 26. I have never been notified of any changes or modifications and I did not sign-up for e-monthly statements so I should have received some type of mail from them. Not only did i get yelled at but I still have to pay the fee. After being complete pissed off, Marino (the supervisor) reminded me that another charge of $35.00 will be add on the May 7th. I so upset and completely disgusted with BOA. I am going it pay this balance and just bank with another company.

Think twice before you open open an account at Bank Of America. Their lines are always very long with no enough to tellers.

>"...I have gotten fees waived in the past."

Maybe you're not ready to manage a bank account if you've overdrawn at least twice now. Your whole post reeks of everything you feel BofA did wrong without once taking note of what YOU did wrong.

You were overdrawn and you should have paid that fee with no questions asked. Nope! You called to have it removed. When the clerk refused to do that (forgive you for yet another one of your infractions), you demanded to waste the time of a supervisor.

Insane!

.

>"...he stated that I was subject to the terms of the contract.."

He was probably referring to the contract you signed when you opened the account seven years ago. Do you still have it? I bet it's on their website, and I'm sure there's a clause about what happens when your account is overdrawn.

No one is going to hold your hand through every banking transaction, clearly outlining what needs to happen. You need to understand that your actions will sometimes have consequences that you can't get out of, and that's no one's fault by yours.

I have had it with the back door overdraft fees and no help from customer care. If I over draft that's my problem I accept that but when I am transferring money between my own accounts and I don't realize that it's going to overdraw the other and I get hit with. $35 fee and then told oh well sorry you didn't know we could charge for that it really *** me off. I am a single mom of four struggling as it is and you hit me with a fee for transferring my own money from one of my accounts to another that's ***. I have had enough of this bank.

this is so true, the call center in Plano Texas the new hires and employees are trained to lie to the homeowners ,and the worst training; they follows employees around and even will go follow them in the restroom and her unit managers know she is doing this because they tell her to do this. this is the worst call center to call, and every time you call you get different answers to same questions.

bank of America corporate office needs to do something about this Plano office, close it down or bank of America many find itself in more trouble; this call center is very racist in their promotions. team as they are called do not trust the training.

BANK OF AMERICAN please help your home owners. :x

Bank Of America - Foreclosure home purchased by BOA but HOA still has title on home!

Home was in foreclosure for about 3-4 yrs with tenants living it paying rent to HOA who has title in their possession still after BOA purchased the home 4 months ago! Tenants have an expressed lease and Real Estate agent doesn't have a clue on what to do with the tenants except allow them to remain until BOA makes up their minds to give relocation help or time to move. How does BOA not have control over a property they bought!!!! Greedy little HOA continues to harass the tenants for monthly rent on a home they don't own!!!! Yet no one has any real time solution for the tenants in the home. BOA has poor customer service practices and feedback as well.
