Bank Of America - Never no tellers

Every time i go to Bank of America it’s never any tellers to accommodate the people in line. They have one teller working the inside and drive tru. Friday and Saturday is the busiest days only 2 tellers. I never can go there and get in and out. 1/2 hour in a bank to cash a check or any business is unacceptable with the fees they charge. I’m searching for banking elsewhere I can’t anymore. There going to lose more customers than they can blink.

Bank Of America - Not enough tellers

I've been banking at Bank of America for years -- the last 21 years at the Fair Oaks location. The service in the past has been wonderful. However, after the changes were made a couple of years ago, the service is atrocious. Only one drive thru line and the one open is slow slow. This morning I was the second in line at the drive thru -- waited 15 minutes -- still the car in front of me was still waiting. I went inside -- just to get a check cashed -- one teller and one was helping him. I waited another 15 minutes. Finally, I got help. This is terrible customer service and I have heard others complain. I used to be able to pull in the drive thru for a check to be cashed and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes -- now just to get a check cashed takes a half hour or more.

Bank Of America - Credit Card Fraud

Upon checking my account online, saw 3 cash advances of $1500 made from 2 Wells Fargo and 1 Santanders banks. I called Bank Of America's Customer Service who took some details about this and reassured me that:1) the credit card would be immediately frozen, 2) a new card issued within 3-5 days 3) The money would be refunded but would take time. Checking after 2 days and seeing "Pending" for the $1500 I called again. I was told it should be processed thru in another day. The next day the $1500 was refunded and my new debit card arrived in an Fedex overnight envelope. You cannot beat that for reassurance and makes me hate dealing with Wells Fargo or Santander.

What do you mean you didn't get the notice? What does that mean?

I don't have to get a notice to know I owe a note.

Bank of america, is unfairly and inappropriately reporting me negatively to the credit bureaus, for an account that was transferred out to PennyMac and they already deleted the tradline. When I reached out to BOA they gave me the run around, although it's clearly showing that the account is not accurately reporting at least by one bureau, and by one bureau it's not existing at all. At one point, the bank even unlawfully threatened me, not to contact the bank anymore, which is a open to the public; federal bank, They are reporting an account that has been service released in 2013 to another bank as delinquent in 2015 as many times I have made them aware of it they are not correcting it.

I absolutely HATE Bank of America! I would advise you never to get any type of account here. Please take your money to chase or some other bank before you go here. My family has all pulled their money from this bank. They have lots of hidden fees and horrible customer service!

Bank of America customer service for bank and for NEA. Mast4carf is practically nonexistent. I have n Been on phone 40 min trying to find out why my charge was refused and my card blocked. It wasn't because I owed them money or an out of city charge so why? Why are there no people to answer the phone? I have been spoiled by Discovercard's wonderful customer service and it's benefits, which I can and do easily use on Amazon . SHAME ON YOU ,BAMK OF AMERICA, for your poor service.

Rude African American Customer Service almost all of there customer service are rude they should really monitor all the calls and hear that there emplyees love to say things to feel better about themselves. I'm polite I say thank you then I'm being called retart by the African ghetto guy that hates himself and sounded high on the phone because he's *** on debut card claims department.

The bank of America branches are horrible when it comes to answering the phone lines. Customers need to speak directly to someone at a home branch sometimes and there are several branches that hear the phone ring but personally choose to ignore it. I'm really sick of it. I invest my money in this company and have been for over 8 years now but still remain frustrated with a lack of direct customer service. I think BOA should implement a plan to cause their workers to make sure they answer the phone. Sad that it has to come to that but I honestly believe that is the only way to get a response.

when you pay off your statement balance you have been accruing interest from the statement closing date each day on your balance. So if you pay the whole balance off near your payment due date you will have approximately 20 plus days of interest that will appear on your next statement because the interest cannot be calculated until that statement's closing date.

It's not transparency, it's understanding how it works when interest accrues daily. If you want to get closer to a true "pay off" banks have pay off calculators that can get you much closer to the actual payoff amount but you need to ask for it and not assume you are paying off your card with the statement balance.
