Cashing a check is like pulling teeth not to mention they have the worst hours not convenient at all every week that i try im always to late because they close before i get out of work and today i went to go cash my check which Saturday is the only day i can go they conveniently changed their hours again now its 12 not 1 online says 1 so whats the deal if you change your hours change your website its false information so far its cost me alot of money because i dont have an account and also alot in gas i drive there just to find out they are closed i have had it with this bank sorry but td bank and peoples bank is much more considerate when it comes to convenience i think bank of America needs to go back to the drawing board

After 25 years of being an Advantage Plus customer (4 accts) BOA is now going to start charging for our safety deposit box. They just decided they would not provide the free service, since they only made 5 Billion dollars the last fiscal qtr. But that's how they can make more money, just add another type of fee to their already long list of user fees at the bank. 75.00 a year per customer for safe deposit box. When you walk into the bank, during the week at 10:00am, one teller and one associate. The rest of the bank is baron! So now you have to make an apt to speak to someone regarding any banking issues!

Thanks a lot B of A for nothing. The wait time in line is getting out of hand. 2 tellers at the lunch hour-30 people in line. I waited 45 min. which took up all of my lunch hour. I guess the goal is to get rid of the customer. Get a clue, when people are complaining in line, the roving manager never comes over to find a solution. Wish i could just bury my money in the back yard. They keep telling us to use the ATM, I dont want to take large sums of money(RENT) out of the ATM. If my card is ever stolen there goes everything. Looks like i'm going to have to change banks even tho i've been a cutomer for over 20 years.

Had a double charge on my account. Called them on phone. Said the software wouldn't let them correct the problem because they needed both charges to clear first. Basically, they wanted to have the money deducted before they could give it back to me. Even though charge was for the exact same price from the same restaurant on the same night. They even said that it would be better for me to call the restaurant again and have them deal with it. I gave them lip about how they are the bank and they should be the one to handle the issue instead of sending me around and around.

Just got back from our wonderful B of A branch bank(2115 Boundary Street, Beaufort, SC 29902). I have multiple accounts of all types with this bank. Went it to get a doc notarized. Was told to sit down and wait since there were no personal bankers available. And wait I did, for more than 20 minutes. Others were told to do the same. Some just gave up and left the bank, others were as infuriated as me. Imagine a bank with 1 teller, multiple clients lining up, and zero assistance or personal bankers. There were also child/kid sounds coming the employee lunch room. They must be running a day care on the side in there. Eventually a lady named Deb Oxborough came out and I registered my concerbn with her. She immediately developed attitude. Made me sign the form a 2nd time(I had originally signed in front of the teller 20 minutes earlier). She said to accept that signature would be "illegal", threatened not to process my form unless I became Cooperative. On the way out I told her she should be ashamed of the she and her bank treats their customers. I'm sure they could care less, which is exactly what they show to their customers.

Bank of America was bought out by Old National in Michigan and Indiana in about 2012. I called to get my online banking records because I could not access them a couple of days after the transition.

Unbelievably, they had deleted all of my online banking history, all of it. Four years later, they hired attorneys and/or sold my credit card account and are suing me for the balance of which I did not pay, including interest and fees that they told me four years ago they would not charge me. I tried to get this settled with them as I had a hardship case and they would not settle. Their attorneys will not settle.

They are suing without the documentation to do so as it was all deleted by them. They give no recourse or resolution to their customers even after they know and admit they deleted all of the customers records. Does this sound legal to you?!!!! It sure doesn't to me.

It is up to them to prove a debt exists and they deleted their only proof but are going after me anyway. They are also trying to get $1,700 stating it was a line of credit. I never, ever had a line of credit with them.

Where did they pull that out of? And I have no records because of them to prove I never took out this money.

Bank of America is the most arrogant Least customer friendly company around. I get better service at the DMV. Their attitude is why 1. I do not invest with them. My investments total 7.65 million dollars. 2. I do not keep much money in their bank 3. I bad mouth them every chance I get online or in person They go out of their way to belittle customers and make them feel like they are being laughed at. Their customer service is ridiculous. 2 HOUR HOLD TIMES! REALLY? They might as well have the recording say : "*** YOU LOSER WE HAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GIVE A *** WHAT YOU WANT. WE AIN'T ANSWERING THE *** PHONE. WE ARE TOO BIG TO GIVE A ***. " At least that would honestly express how the really feel about their customers.
