I opened up a BOA account less than 2 weeks ago. I was approved for a loan through a company and was having the funds deposited in my account via mobile check.
I thought it was a legitimate company and became a victim of identity theft.
Instead of BOA being understanding and sympathetic, the customer service rep said my account is being closed with no explanation and they no longer want me as a customer for something I did not do. As a person with over 20 years of customer service experience, this was the worst experience I have ever dealt with.
