Today, Bank of America has put a status on my tradeline/credit indicating that I am 30 days passed due on my mortgage. I made a full payment in November.

Coincidentally, I am in process to get a refi through another bank and this bank called me today, 12/13, and informed me that BofA put a status on my credit line of 30 days overdue on payment. My bank statement clearly shows a total full payment made.

But Bank of America is somehow, interferring with my refi. Is this illegal by BofA knowing that I made a full payment?

I have been making on time payments to

Bank of America on an account of $9000.00

since december of 2010 and still owe the above amount even though no further charges

have been incurred by me. They raised my payment this month to $184. With a monthly income of under $800 this puts me in a bind.

I feel that Americans should wake up and

withdraw accounts from the corporate banks and help each other. The banks will scream but this can be done.
