It began in April 2020 when I discovered nine fraudulent checks, (not in my name) being paid from my checking account without notification. (Number10 fraudulent check was noticed by an honest employee). The bank should have noticed the three fraudulent checks issued in one day in February 2020, which is unusual of my normal pattern. The five fraudulent checks continued being paid in March 2020 and 1 fraudulent check in April 2020, remained unnoticed.

Fraudulent checks were printed at the bank, copies of a set of 100 numbered checks I ordered. Copies of the fraudulent checks, including a copy of a fraud request for an auto-pay from my home equity loan, was denied.

The bank sent all my "Auto pay" to merchants for insufficient funds as soon as my complaint was known. My account 4327 was low balance of -$884,415.79 as of May2020. I was denied access to my checking account from two local banks because of the negative account balance. I received notifications that I have insufficient funds, although I am a platinum account holder. My rewards credit card 6752 was denied at a supermarket for insufficient funds. The bank closed two of my accounts because of delinquent payments (not true) and opened a new account with a low credit limit of $500. The bank made all sorts of illegal, fraud, activities, to destroy and ruin my credit.

Account 6752 was reported 180+ days delinquent payments to CRA by putting aside a payment made in April 2020. By May 2020 late payments and interest continued to increase after the account was closed and paid for till 2021. I disputed the report and the bank made it 120+days delinquent and will remain in my record in August 2018. This is not acceptable. Account 7967 was reported 180+days delinquent with CRA. The payment, an "auto-pay" for July to August 13th 2020 was returned by the bank for insufficient funds. This is the last payment before I left the phone company. The bank continued to charge interest rates and late fees on this account till November 2020 when the phone company put me into Collections. I disputed this with CRA. The bank put in 120 days delinquent and reported charged off by the company. This is unacceptable.

No matter how many phone calls I made or documents I sent, the bank just ignored them and left me with no answers. The bank had always been there to make sure my credit report is ruined. The bank has been sending documentations and pressures to pay (their creation), the late fees and interest charges that had increased since April 2020 to July 2021. It is illegal for the bank collecting late penalties and interest rates for accounts already closed and paid for. (I should be collecting for all interest charges, late fees and reverse charges I paid for all the "auto-pay" the bank sent for insufficient funds). I tried to close my checking account on April17th 2021, the last of the accounts that has to be closed before I am totally out of this *** It was determined that I have more than $17,000 left in the account. Thereafter, I was connected to the other staff about the interest rates and penalties that the bank has been pressing on me to pay illegally. After a brief conversation with her, she hanged up the phone. I called back, and it is the recording for CD or credit card. I hanged up the phone and turned on my PC. The screen was blocked with the message which states I only have $25 in my account and to pay the amount of $1,362.00. In July 2021, I was reported to the Collections by the bank. The Collections' agent told me to pay the amount of $1,362.09 to settle a debt. I refused to pay the amount because it is fraud, it is illegal. A long time bank for my credit cards shocked me with the message that one of my credit cards has been reduced to a lower credit limit, knowing the report from CRA. The companies who have my applications for a job will look at my credit reports and I will hold the Bank of America responsible for the negative reports. This is the result of the fraud, illegal, false, credit reports made by Bank of America. It has inflicted so much pain on me financially, physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically. I went into depression. I have lost times, did not know what to do, when to call or write, what to do next. I could not think right and feel this so much pressure is giving me headaches.

I need to meet with the Bank of America especially the one at Wilmington, DE branch who has been sending orders, demands, intimidation and false accusations. Furthermore, I need to know about the use of my accounts in the past, about the negative $888,888.00 in my account, about the fraudulent checks, about my equity home loan. I need to know more, which I will further discuss this matter face to face with Bank of America.
