In 2008 I took out what B of A called a Gold Option Loan. I borrowed $35,000 was told in 60 months it would be paid in full.

I have paid $804.00 for the last 65 months which total to $52,260 and B of A claims I still owe $30,000 for another 81 months. They scam me from the beginning of the loan. There are thousands of people claiming the same thing. Bank of America is worst than a loan shark.

How can they get away with this scam. At this point they can have me for the rest of my life. They change the terms every time they want.

It is as if I sold my soul to the DEVIL!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Bank Of America Loan.

Monetary Loss: $52260.

The "ONLY" difference between B of A and a loan shark is that B of A pays taxes, that's it............
