I've had a credit card with this company for 17 years. I tried 2 months ago to change my PIN.
I got the run around. To make a long story short, you can't change it on the phone, in person, at the bank, at the ATM, on-line, nor through the app. They said it was a "security" or fraud protection feature that I couldn't change it. I said I disagree, writing my PIN down next to my card would increase fraud and decrease security.
I said I may look for another credit card company, and they said OK. I'm always on hold at least 1/2 hour when I call them, with no estimated time of how long you will be on hold for. Their customer service sucks. They said if I had a complaint about them or it...
I could file it with them (the same people I have the complaint against).
Not being able to change a PIN, when all my other credit cards allow me to change it within 30 seconds is strange. I hate this company!!!
