The merchant PetsBest was the online merchant i emailed May 30, 2021 and had an active communication with them about ceasing future charges to my bank account. I provided them with a credit card account number instead.
On June 9, 2021, the merchant charged my account with BOA anyway. As a result, this created insufficient fees $140 (charged 4 times) in addition to the charges. I contacted BOA and s/w a representative to initiate a claim. I documented everything that transpired between me any the merchant as well as proof of communication not to process payments to my BOA account and this was confirmed by the merchant.
I completed the BOA claim and submitted it immediately via mail with certification receipt and signatures. (Completed the last week of July 2021). I received notification from BOA today stating they will not honor the claim.
Due to this decision, BOA will not credit the account with said charges or banking fees even after submitting documented proof of communication with the merchant.

User's recommendation: I want my FULL refund of ALL charges.
Monetary Loss: $140.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Bank Of America Cons: Miscommunication, It takes forever to actually talk to a person, Unable to directly email anyone in authority of customer service.
