Request waiver of savings account maintenance fee

In setting up my new savings account I was not told by the BOA representative that I was subject to a maintenance fee charge. When I call today to request a waiver of that $8.00 charge, which request was denied, I was advised of the terms under which I may avoid future maintenance fee charges.

Stop payment to paypal

PayPal is over billing me for an additional payment on and account that has been paid off and I currently have a credit balance with them I will contact them doing regular business hours to see why and correct the problem.

Preferred solution: Have some locations that are open later make it easier to find the number to call for help see you spent hours trying to do the same thing over and over again.

User's recommendation: With shorter hours it’s a lot harder to get into the bank and get any help and I had a car multiple numbers before I could find someone that actually would help me

After calling 3-4 numbers for Bank of America, most of which were spent just waiting on hold, I finally got a live person who was no help at all. Her solution was to start over trying to get my online account working, which proved impossible. Somehow I got to this site-pissedconsumer-and got answers right away. Im very satisfied with the lady I spoke with from this number. She was very patient and solved my problem very quickly and in just a few minutes in a most polite manner. Thank you!

Bank of America got the $66 back. Originally I had called T-Mobile and ask them if they were the ones who took the $66 out of my account?

I was told by T-Mobile, that they did not take the money out of my account. Come to find out it was T-Mobile that took the $66 out...

I called up Bank of America, because there was an unauthorized charge on my debit card and $66 was withdrawn from my bank account. I was told by the associate of Bank of America, that the unauthorized charge was still in process and would be stopped and my debit card would be shut off.

The unauthorized charge against my bank account went through.

I Recently found out, that the unauthorized charge is not fraud and call Bank of America to stop the fraud charge. I feel in a way that it was a waste of time to call Bank of America, because the charge was not stopped And was taken out of my checking account.

On October 3, I phoned BoA to dispute a charge on my Bank of America Travel Rewards card. I recently returned from an extended trip around the U.S. I didn't have the receipt from my hotel in Las Vegas and when I looked at my monthly bill, I saw a charge for over $359 that I couldn't identify and that i overlooked during my research, additionally, did I have the receipt. I phoned the number on the card and was connected to what was supposed to be the "dispute" dept. To make a long story short, I was transferred to the "wrong" department 6 times and on two occasions held on for over 15 minutes. Each time I told the clerk that I was calling to lift a dispute yet I was continuously transferred to the "fraud: claims dept. even after I explained my problem. Finally, at approxately 9:10 am on October 5th, I was transferred to the same wrong department again but when I explained my issue to Sarah, she corrected my problem even though she was not in the "Dispute" section. I am thankful to her. She was great.

Preferred solution: Make it clear to employees that the "fraud" and "dispute" departments are different and to ensure that another customer isn't given to the "fraud" department six times even after explaining that you are calling about a dispute.

User's recommendation: Don't screw up when paying you bills. If you do and need to go to BoA to reverse you error, it will require a lot of time out of your life.

Call CS got cut off several times, could never get the same person back. Had to go over all info each time. Was told that DMV would get the lien release same day set up appointment next day they never received it. Call back to CS got another person they check on it and it had been processed but it would take 5-7 working days. Still waiting for Title.

I was charged $35 as a fee on a three dollar transaction I am a senior citizen I was waiting for my very first check to come in and it came in on the 11th From Social Security. the three dollar fee came in on the 10th I asked for a help on a refund fee to be taken off but they said no
