Bank of America updated their online credit card website and Bill Pay feature. I have never had issues with this in the past.

Now I had to spend some time getting things corrected after the update so that I could pay my card online again. All good and done, so I thought. I scheduled my payment as normal with my normal bank. They send me a note several days after the payment posted saying they are locking my bill pay portion because the payment didn't go through.

Somehow, they tried to take money from an account at a bank that doesn't exist anymore and hasn't been tied to my account for years. Call to get it taken care of, get the auto call back feature. The call back feature just clicks and hangs up on me.

I lose my place in line and spend another hour on hold. Truly frustrating.
