my card is MISSING!!! I DON'T know when it was last used and i don't know what happened to it but it's always in my wallet and it's not there.
Could've been stolen or could be lost at a vendor that didn't notify me. either way, i've been on hold with bank of america fraud and customer service on two different phones If i hear, "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US " ONE MORE TIME...... IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTE AND COUNTING.
WHY DON'T YOU HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND STOP CUTTING JOBS IN ORDER TO INCREASE YOUR PROFITS MAYBE PROFITS WOULD BE HIGHER IF YOU HAD BETTER SERVICE. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED AND THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS!!1
