Dissatisfied long time Customer. 12-3-2018

We placed a first-time claim with BOA claim #88931390 about an item we had purchased a few months ago.

At first, they were great they reimbursed our account. Then after a few weeks, they wanted more info on the item so we sent all the info we had. They kept asking for more and more info which we didn't have. Then they asked us to describe the item which we did.

Then they said we had run out of time. They had all the pictures and info we had to prove it was a scam but would not go by what we gave them even the fact the seller did not exist anymore. Then they took back their reimbursement.

Very unhappy with their claims department. Will not use them again which is probably what they want..

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
