Bank Of America in Miami, Florida - Poor Customer Relationship. Not doing a professional job

I used my credit card to book garage parking so to go on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. I tried booking it 5 different times and each time my card was being charge, but I was not getting a confirmation of payment. It was directly after a hurricane went through the area. Finally 4 days before the cruise on October 2, I tried again and was successful. I work Bank of American and resolved four of them. I get going back to Bank of America and got no where in resolving the 5th time of tried. Bank of America sent me a letter and told me the time had expired and I had to pay the $64. Four days latter I called the Port Canaveral Authority financial department and got credit for the 5th one, as it showed a 6th attempted where I succeeded and got my confirmation. Bank of America left me high and dry. They do not follow through and support or listen to their clients. I am ashamed to have the card. I would expect a full apology for their actions, but really do not expect to get.

we apply in Bank of America for the equity line for a pay off house.with good income,and credit score of 800 and 830.The process and the employees are unacceptable.In special Scott Thompson will be fire.you suppose to be a customer and you will be am enemy of them.the process is so bad is on the phone, you download the documents andafter that after you call, they do not tell you, they said they do not received it.after 3 months they said the application was wrong and I have to apply again. Start all over.do not loose your time. Very sad. But nobody care.

6 days ago I was told by Bank of America, that I had fraudulent activity on my account. ATM card was cancelled, I was told I would receive one by Monday, paid $15 for expedited shipping. To this date, I am broke have been to the branch 3 times, on the phone 4 times only to be told that the branch is too busy and that the card is on its way by customer service. not to mention that I have a mid-5 figure balance and that I have been banking there for 10 years Closing my account, DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA. Bank Of America in Miami, Florida - Credit and Late Fe

Bank of America didn't help us in removing a late fee from our credit causing us to lose our home. I emailed them and asked them to help and they made it seem It was out fault they stopped the automated payment. thanks Bank of America for not helping us. we didn't even want the $35 late fee charge back we just need your help in clearing that from our credit to get our loan from our home. they were our only hope. so please don't ask them for help because you will be disappointed. go and read there values and what they stand for and see how they lie to our faces. i'm taking my money somewhere else.

Bank Of America in Miami, Florida - No one is ever on the same page

I normally go to my branch in NMB but I was near the 135st branch and decided to go in the lobby. The process I went through with the Chinese lady to withdraw 1600 was crazy. Can you believe she asked me where the money came from , why I need it.She than called supervisor to verify what ever needed to be verified and the lady lloked as if the language on the computer was chinese!!. After everything I was than told to go back to my branch(seriously after 20min +10 min of waiting in LINE)I stormed out went to my branch I withdrew with no problem WHY COULDN"T THey Do it at the branch????. It's as if each branch has there own porcedures. I closed my act a month llater!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best thing I ever did
