Not resolved

I authorized a CC payment for $85. They took $850 !!!!! Now I am told it will take 7-10 days for them to return my money after they review the claim. They wiped out my bank account and now expect me to wait for MY MONEY.

I have talked to several people who say they can help, but don't.

I am getting the run around. They seem to feel they are being helpful and of course they are all so sorry this is happening.

This bank is a JOKE. They are not even trying to solve this problem

I get excuses about procedure and policy .

This is a nightmare and my next move is to register a complaint with the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and the States Attorney .

If anyone has CEO Brian Moynahans personal contact info, I would like that too.

They claim I could be trying to fraud them. What a joke !!! They are the ones who are being fraudulent , they are the ones who stole my money, and see no reason for this to be problem for them to correct.

Fix the problem that you created and fix it immediately. Putting me on hold and switching me from customer service rep to customer service rep is not going to solve my problem or make me go away.
