I have been a BOA customer for 18 years with a business checking. I had 4 fraud transactions occur that added up to 2057.00.
I called in on the very day I was texted with the fraud activity and the rep lost my claim information by the following Monday! Monday I called and waited 45 minutes only to get disconnected, called back to customer service on hold again for 35 minutes only to be transferred to someone who had a lack of knowledge. I am still waiting for my return of my money and it's been 14 days!
As soon as this is processed, my accounts are all being moved to another bank. Their hold times are ridiculous 30 minutes to wait for a representative to speak too.
