This is the worst banking institution I have ever dealt with. I have a considerable amount of money in this bank and I have 3 accounts.
I am not able to speak with anyone on the phone EVER and I have to go in with an appointment to speak with a representative about my own accounts. Also, both the lobby and the drive thru closes at 4:00 p.m. When you go in the bank the lines are so long and they never have enough tellers to move you quickly. It's ridiculous.
I am changing my accounts over to a more professional institution.
