I have been a loyal customer for several years. I have direct deposit for my pay check and deposit other funds through out the week.
A few days ago I deposited a money order and they put a hold for 2 weeks.
Its a money order from the US Post office!
I called and spoke with Manager Arleen and she would not help me in any way to have it processed sooner.
Again been a customer for several years and have never had this happen before. When asked to speek with someone higher all she could tell me was he was in a meeting.
Now The manager said they can hold any funds for 7day unless it is electronic or cash. Then why do I have to wait 2 weeks, not 7 days???
Hate that banks can hold onto or do what they want with your money.
NO WONDER BANKS ARE LOSING BUSINESS!
