Customer for forty years and there was a problem with our account. Late Payment because we didn't get the notice.
When we found the problem called to correct. Paid the amount due, They didn't care if they made a mistake or not. We still had our credit score dinged because of it and they would do nothing to help us. They told us it didn't matter if we were a new customer or a forty year customer.
They weren't going to do anything about it. I would like to note that we have been with them for forty years and this is the first time we have been late with a payment. Don't use this uncaring group of people.
We have cancelled the account and cut up the cards. We are not using them anymore!!!!!!!!
