Customer for forty years and there was a problem with our account.Late Payment because we didn't get the notice.

When we found the problem called to correct. Paid the amount due, They didn't care if they made a mistake or not. We still had our credit score dinged because of it and they would do nothing to help us. They told us it didn't matter if we were a new customer or a forty year customer.

They weren't going to do anything about it. I would like to note that we have been with them for forty years and this is the first time we have been late with a payment. Don't use this uncaring group of people.

We have cancelled the account and cut up the cards.We are not using them anymore!!!!!!!!

Review about: Bank Of America Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Bank policies.

How many days past due were you?

What do you mean you didn't get the notice?What does that mean?

I don't have to get a notice to know I owe a note.
