When you go in to the branch, fire B of A and go to a local, community bank or better yet, a credit union. All of the monster mega banks are a bad deal.

Details
Bank of America is the most arrogant Least customer friendly company around. I get better service at the DMV. Their attitude is why 1. I do not invest with them. My investments total 7.65 million dollars. 2. I do not keep much money in their bank 3. I bad mouth them every chance I get online or in person They go out of their way to belittle customers and make them feel like they are being laughed at. Their customer service is ridiculous. 2 HOUR HOLD TIMES! REALLY? They might as well have the recording say : "*** YOU LOSER WE HAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GIVE A *** WHAT YOU WANT. WE AIN'T ANSWERING THE *** PHONE. WE ARE TOO BIG TO GIVE A ***. " At least that would honestly express how the really feel about their customers.

Bank of America is a lousy bank. Yesterday I went to get a cashiers check and they only had one teller doing transactions and the other teller was counting money wit heir machine. In the meantime the line was backing up.

I've been a customer for almost 10 years and it seems like this bank has gone to pits in the last 2 years. Their customer service is so pathetic and I feel sorry for their reps because they don't have the ability to resolve customer issues. I called to stop a bill pay payment I scheduled through B of A and they aren't capable of doing so. How can your bank, whom is sending the funds, not cancel their own transaction? With all that bailout money they received a few years ago, they should've invested in better systems. They're legit ready to lose a custome with their lack of being able to resolve customer issues.

This bank is the worst I have ever dealt with. Today I went through Teller Assist drive thru to make a payment on my Bank of America Visa.The teller told me to punch my card number in which I did.Then she told me to put the money into the machine.No envelopes just the money.I tried and it wouldnt do it.The teller said to pull it back out and put it in again.So I put 1,380.00 in .Well now it spits back 5 dollars and keeps the rest.It is STUCK IN THE MACHINE! IT DIDNT REGISTET IT TO MY ACCOUNT.So I am given a number to call.I call .I am on holf for 20 min.Finally get to talk to someone but has no idea what to do.Transfers me to some new and they say wrong department.Transfer me again and hold for longer then 20 they answer and again they say wrong dept.I was on the phone for a good 2 hours and havent resolved the matter.I have to call tommorrow.So unprofessional.One young girl was laughing .This is not a funny situation.Bank of America uou need to hire people who know whatbthey are doing.Not these clowns.I pray I gett my money back.This is the 3 rd bad expetience in 2 months.So if you dont want a headache DO NOT BANK HERE.
