They are constantly charging me overdraft fees - wrongfully. I finally got sick of it and told the I am not paying their overdraft fees this time.
I said I have the service where they're just suposed to decline my card. They were extremely rude and said they'd give me bad credit then. I tod the two people I spoke with I would write in a complaint about this. So they actually changed my account to reflect that I have the service that is supposed to pay even if I'm overdrawn.
One time I went to withdraw $10,0000 from my account. They would not allow me to do it. They said it would take three days. I had to go out of town the next day.
I had to have ahuge fight with them. I cannot believe all these complaints and yet people stay with them? I told them i'm switching NOW and so I am. If everyone else did the same they might change their horrendous ways.
Wake up and put your, uh, "balls" in action, people.
