I have two complaints:
1. Horrible customer service.
The person on the phone was condescending and belligerent at all moments. I called them to ask for help about a problem and they completely dismissed it. I had the same problem at Chase and their customer support was very supportive and solved the issue for me. BofA attendant turned and said there was nothing she could do from the start and condescendingly asked me tell me, how am I supposed to help you?
Theres literally nothing I can do
2. Everything I transfer money internationally to the bank it takes ages to get there. It once got lost and I had to pay a fee to recover the amount.
My overall advice is: open a Chase account. Not q BofA account.
If I could go back in time, that is what I would have done.
Horrible, horrible customer service. Pathetic, to say the least

Preferred solution: Deliver service and an apology. Worst I have ever been treated in a call with an attendant..
