I have been banking at boa for 40 years, business account as well as personal. At East Islip branch all the wonderful employees were transferred elsewhere, new staff is very unfriendly.
The line is usually long, only one teller. Yet as you walk in your greeted by employee who desperately wants you to go to the ATM, obviously the people on line do not want to go to the ATM. How can she help me? By getting behind the counter and servicing some customers.
Wondering about this banks future.
With this rating you would think they would do something. Time will tell!
