Customer Countess Galloway for years. Infrequent problems till she developed dementia.
Bank refused to help with over 100 NSFs. Caused because Ms. Galloway still wants to handle her account. On social security.
Fees faused her to be behind. Some were refunded. But most nsf fees not refunded. Caused problems with paying bills.
Unsympathetic and uncompassionate. Shame on boa saying it wadnt due to bank error. Or she should know better. She has dementia.
Doesnt know bettet. Family wanted to put safe guards in place. To stop future over drafts. Customer service wouldnt even help.
Found out customers with similar problems were given full refunds.
