I have 3 platinum business acts. W/ Bank of America & have been with them for 13 years.
After a horrible encounter with a racist financial manager (which I have recorded) rather than release the video of this manager admitting that what she was telling me was illegal. I contact BofA and filled a complaint. They respond by closing my accounts without sufficient notice.
