Pissed Consumer Interviews ?
It is hard to comprehend that I have been seeking help from Bank of America for nearly FORTY FIVE (45) months now. They deserve the vote they got last year as one of the worst American Companies and they are STILL doing the same things along with flagrant, negligent misrepresentation as set forth in the Montana Supreme Court ruling last year in the "Morrow Case" and the epic settlement supposedly with the U. S. Department of Justice. They have a huge customer service department now renamed Enterprise Customer Care Resolution Team and they are terrible. They all make claim to be with the "office of the president and ceo" which could not be further from the truth. There is apparently a whole office of these inept people operating in Southern California. In the supposed epic settlement with the USDOJ supposedly $7 BILLION DOLLARS was supposed to best aside to help people like me with loans that originated with Countrywide (which B of A purchase back in 2009) and B of A. I am a 70 year old Vietnam Veteran and they treat me like dirt and lie and demand duplicate documents over and over again to different offices- they need to put all these people in jail in my humble opinion and the CFPB and Congress members are just as terrible and dysfunctional so don't expect any help- this is another example of why our wonderful country is headed in the wrong direction.

Bank Of America - Credit card
Applied for credit care when I went to activate it, the process was a fing joke. Stayed on the line for 45 minutes with a lady I who I couldn't understand she talked so low, she was suppose to send me an online link to setup account which she never did. Called back to another number and stayed on line with that lady another 30 minutes she could not help said she would put me through to another person, thats when I told her to just cancel the dam card.
Bank Of America - To difficult for me to read and answer questions to mail it back
April 19, 2019 I recieve a letter that i read on the first page and 2nd page that they give me some questions to answer mark it down. But those questions i read dont even know how to read and understanding fill out the application form and go mail it back

Bank Of America - Still not resolved
Hello... When I call BofA's phone number, I am unable to get anyone on the phone because it will only talk to you if you enter an acct # or SSN of which I have neither associated with BofA. When I went it person, I nearly had the police called on me because I was trying to make them understand someone was using my number without authorization on their BofA acct and receiving money meant for me thru their ZellePay acct with BofA....but they won't talk to me, much less listen. Bank Of America - Cashiers Check
told in the bank yesterday when I deposited a Cashiers Check from another Bank - by 3 people two tellers and a Manager who were standing around talking - that funds would be available after midnight on my deposit. Well next day check my account on line - now says it will NOT be AVAILABLE until April 4th - - called - absolutely NO satisfaction - will be closing my account there - this is only about the 4th major issue there in the last 5 years -thank god there are Credit Unions around. There lack of training and lies are ridiculous and they could care less.
Bank Of America - Never refunded fees I was promised
I have a student account for my son, he became overdrawn about $200 (4 separate charges from royal farms). He was overdrawn $1192. I called the bank to see if they could reduce some fees because 90% of the negative balance was from fees. I was told yes the best they could do was around $450 but first the account had to be payed then the would refund the fees. I thought that was good. The account is paid so I called today to see about my refund and I got a song and dance about how they can’t give it to me now that I paid the account in full only if I set up a payment arrangement they would refund those fees we spoke about. SO NOW THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES.
