Details
When I opened the bank account 10 years ago I was informed that no maintaince dee will be charged if I have direct deposit. My direct. Just this year my dirext deposit changed and I was charged a fee. When I called they stated that each direct deposit has to be over 250. I was never told that before. So I'm very disappointed that they changed the rules on me after so many years. Bye Bank of America.

When I had try getting a loan for personal reasons they nothing better to do is denied people with government money from social security disability and poor credit we don’t get second chance in my case I am nothing living on low income they don’t give a damn that’s why I am so down with Bank of America!!!!!! My grandmother passed away March 2018 ... We have been trying to settle the trust. We didn't even know that there was an Estate Unit until May 2019 ... It's now August 2019 and we are still struggling to settle this. The employees at the Deland, Fl Branch have NO CLUE what they are doing. The Estate Unit HAS NO CLUE AND ARE RUDE AS HECK!!! How is BOA still in business. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM ... EVER!!!

Bank Of America - Holding scam

Details
I am a small business owner and clearing funds is always important. On several occasions I have deposited client funds only to have a 10 day hold placed. I contacted the client to ask about it and every time have found the the funds were cleared from the clients accounts the same day. I have spoken with many other business owners that report the same thing. Almost all checks over $1500 (antidotal) seem to go into a no mans land for 7-10 days with the only explanation given being “its for your protection”. How can this be so if it have been removed from the payees account on day one? I think this is an short term interest scam. Someone needs to look into a class action. This is hurting folks.

Details
You placed a 10 day hold on a deposit. Problem it was several different checks not just one check. I have been a customer for over twenty years actually closer to thirty years and never had an overdraft. If your tellers are to under paid to do their jobs at the Legends Ranch location in Spring Texas they should get a new branch manager.

Bank of America closed my account with “no reason other than we don’t want your business anymore. You did nothing wrong, this happens everyday, it’s like we are breaking up, I have no other information for you other than that”. What? I don’t have access to mobile banking, my debit card or account with no reason at all and no intention of giving me a reason and that I need to wait until a letter is sent to me to follow up with anyone else. As far as my direct deposit and auto payments, “I suggest you contact them right away and figure something out”. Unbelievable!
