RIDICULOUS Overdraft fees

I am supposed to have overdraft protection whereas my savings is supposed to transfer to my checking if any transactions posted are not covered. Bank of America has been charging me overdraft fees even though the money is transferred the same day. In addition, they have double charged me for the same transaction! No luck with customer service. I called and was on hold for over 30mins, just to be told the department I needed to speak with is open from 9am to 5pm. I have been with BOA over 12yrs. At this point I am searching for a new bank to start over with. BOA used to care about their customers, especially loyal one's.

Yes, the review is subjective, but that does not change the core issue, which is there was no clear,, compelling reason, or legal to not seek information as to why the bank couldn't accept the item for processing.

All area banks closing

I live in Hazlet N.J. My bank Ive been with for over 20 yrs has closed on Highway 36 n Union Ave. The only bank left for inside service was the Hazlet bank on highway 35 now that has been closed for reasons I dont know. What are we supposed to do with no bank availability in our area? I bank online but sometimes you need to go inside for cash deposits because the atm does not work well for cash deposits the bills have to be perfect or it keeps coming out at you and does not accept the bills. I need to know what Bank of America is going to do about opening banks in our area.

Looks like you're a zz out if you can't adapt to your new banking reality. They won't open a branch just for you. Time to pack it in and move on.

HSA. Did not satisfy customer.

I did not receive any information about the HSA. I am no longer an employee of Georgia Pacific and would like to know what the balance is on my account. Also how I can deposit monies.

Stolen check

A month later and still nothing from the bank. People that cant help. Said they will send me a email with some forms to sign and ive checked everyday for over a week so sharil from texas dont have a clue

You guys issued me a check. It was stolen and cashed. I called earlier to get a put stop payment. On it and you said i had to wait. My name is richard bitzer account # 374005****78 the check was 4510.00$ i can be reached at 513 628 **** i am wanting to know how we resolve this issue if you can please call me

ATM issues

ATM machine never returned my card. I called the ATM service multiple times. I was unable to place a stop in my card or talk to a customer service representative. I called a different BOA number to report a stolen card. BOA wants to charge me mailing fee . This is ridiculous ( your ATM never returned my card )

Poor phone service

Sadtrying to obtain a fax# and or email address to summit a simple credit reference for on of your customers--so far on hold in several departments for over 30 minutes and no one appears to be able to help----I should be able to see this information online and not have to wait on hold for this extended period of time _ i have someone know trying to help, but still on hold

Poor Customer Service

The worst customer service of any bank I have dealt with. Incorrect information regarding foreign checks Asked to make and appointment to open new business account Overdraft charge based on processing of checks prior to deposits.

Transaction dispute

You all was not suppose to allow ACORN to withdraw from my account and now I'm in the negative and will be charged $35 overdraft fee. I should not be held accountable for this I had already spoke with you all about this issue!

Fraud Dept

Absolutely the worse. An attorney scammed me for $3000, I fired the attorney after 4 and a half months after I realized how scam worked. Reported scam to the bank After 3months and many submitted documents to the bank I checked on the case 2 weeks before final decision of bank. I was told no response from lawyer. Then I get a letter from bank that there is a federal law where there is no investigations after 90 days of purchase or use of card about what you are complaining about from the attorney

No humans are available via phone.

I am a merchant and wanted to verify funds. Good Luck!! After 45 minutes of trying to talk to someone, I finely got to the fraud department. What does the person do....without telling me they are going to transfer my call, she transfers me to a recording that says BOA will only verify that an account is an active account and will not verify funds. Everyone should witch to WAFED,. han

Limited Service

Not only is BOA taking their time reopening branches and speeding up phone/customer service their brokerage company Merrill Lynch also seems to have the same deteriorating service. It's like both only want to service millionaires.

They sent a letter stating that a thorough review of my case has been done and concluded that no posting error has occurred on my account.

I was a victim of fraudulent transactions mounting $451 on my company debit card. I filed a complaint with the bank right when I noticed 21 purchases made on amazon on the same day, all between $15 and $30. What made it obvious to notice it was fraudulent is the fact that I never used my company debit card for any purchase whatsoever in the course of 2 years. I stated this fact multiple times on the phone, then personally with my account manager then in a letter she asked me to send to Fraud Department. After 4 months they came back saying they reached a conclusion that "no posting error has occurred on my account", meaning they found out all 21 purchases were considered legit. Now I find myself with no one to complain as the bank sent me a letter saying that the case is closed and that I will no longer be able to address it with them again, which is beyond frustrating.
